I needed a kitchen mat which would be able to withstand traffic, a few spills and also could lift easily so I could move my portable dishwasher on a daily basis.This rug has met all those requirements and it looks like the real jute! My kitchen looks great!

Nice Rug But Flawed Unfortunately
Okay so it is not like me to write a review like this one but here it is.The rug arrived today and it looks great on my deck. Perfect size and the colors go real well with my grey deck paint. Makes for a nice cozy area to sit and meditate in the evenings. It seems real well made and should last a long time….except for…there is a flaw in the stitching in one small area. However, it is just not enough for me to go through the hassle of sending it back to get a refund or exchange for another one. I really don’t think it will get worse but I suppose I am rolling the dice here.Now if I was still married or asked some of my friends and took their advice, it would probably be processing a request for refund instead of writing this review. But I am not going to do that. I will probably just either hide it, or try to use a lighter or soldering iron to melt the fibers to it won’t get worse.It’s a bummer too because I really do like it and would normally give this one a five star review. It’s just that this is a simple quality control issue. How could someone pack this up with a very noticeable stitching problem. I mean I noticed it like immediately. I have attached pictures so you can judge for yourself.So yeah…here I sit with a nice, albeit flawed area rug, that I just don’t want to deal with returning and I am quite confident the seller would replace it no problem. Part of the problem is I shredded the packaging it came in so packing it back up for a return would be a pain and I just don’t feel like dealing with it. Even so, you as someone who may be considering a purchase,should be prepared to check it over carefully and keep the packaging so you can return it if needed. While I can’t give this my full endorsement, I would not let my review turn you away from making a purchase. It is a real nice outdoor area rug.

Great looking and high quality outdoor rug. It is nice and lightweight, but seems durable.

Generally a nice outdoor rug
We bought one a couple years ago when we got a larger gazebo on our composition deck. Very happy with it. It doesn’t get rolled up and put away over the winter. Spills haven’t stained it. We plan to expand our deck soon so we bought another to match for that area. Also have smaller rugs for in front of the sliding doors. They get a little funky because they’re on the north side so sun doesn’t bake the green stuff. But they clean right up with a soapy pressure washer. Look good as new! Definitely recommend.
