CONSISTENT COOKING TEMPERATURE – Other air fryers can deviate from their targeted temperature by as much as 40°F. The Brio makes sure that the temperature you set is the temperature you get by checking the temperature inside the unit 120 times per second. With Brio, your food comes out perfectly crispy every time.
EVEN HEATING – The Nuwave Brio’s unique cooking chamber ensures that the super-heated air generated by the Brio circulates around your food, cooking it from all sides at the same time. This is facilitated by the patented Fry Pan Basket design with its stainless steel meshed basket net and holes in the basket walls to ensure the hot air cooks your food from every direction.
ADVANCED FEATURES – The Nuwave Brio has a vast temperature range between 100°F and 400°F, adjustable in 5°F increments with the simple press of a button. It features Reheat and Preheat buttons as well as a menu of 6 popular dishes preprogrammed into the unit for added convenience.
CONVENIENT – The Brio 6-Quart is the perfect size for cooking two pounds of fries or a 3.5-pound chicken, by making it the perfect choice for couples, small families or anyone that wants to enjoy healthier fried food made quick and easy. And only the Brio 6-Quart features a handy removable divider insert for the Fry Pan Basket.
Customers say

So good we bought another!
This is one of the few that have a wattage adjustment. This is important when high power draw wont work. We bought the second unit for our travel trailer and can run it when we are off grid at the 500w setting. Our home unit can run from the same socket as the microwave, we just run it on the lower settings. You can warm it up at 1800w, then lower to 500w and run the microwave etcIts been reliable, easy to use, and versatile

Seems very good, helpful CS Reps
I liked it from the start, but later realized, the inner fry basket and the handle didn’t remove from the fry pan base like it should, so I messaged NuWave and they sent new parts, and now it works like it’s supposed to. I had a Gourmia air fryer for 5 years, and one day I overheated it by overcooking plantains, and it stopped working, so I decided to try a NuWave unit. It’s bigger than my old one, and quieter. It seems to be a very good air fryer.

Great air fryer and more!
Love this air fryer. It cooks fries etc, but it does so much more. Itâs very easy to use and comes with a booklet with a variety of recipes too.

Ease of convenience
Worked great for 9 months, then just quit. No lights or power, just dead.

Ni wave air fryer
Good temp control. I had a Cuisinart and it burned everything.
Unspoken –
So far it’s great!
Got this for my dad as his older one (6 years or so) but the dust after much use (not daily, but several times a week!). This is exactly what he wanted and he says it works perfectly. He had the same brand one before and was happy to get a slightly larger newer version.

NuWave AirFryer.4.5 qt. Can’t beat NuWave..
This Brio 4.5 Air Fryer is perfect.. litte larger than I needed.. but it does evrything.. you can dehydrate in it..with temp from 100 -400 deg F.. and adjustments of 5 deg.. you can bake.. fry.. cook meals..the controls are easy.. and has built in Pre Programed features.. AND look great.. very stylish.. I love this NuWave products.. have NEVER ever been disappointed with their customer service or Products. And once again they have out done themselves. I have the InfraRed oven.. which I have bought 3 for my mother and daughter. and I hve the PIC heating plate.. Perfect.. the Oven I have had for 15 yrs and still use.. ALSO.. has (3) power/wattage settings.. this is important for people you can not use the high powered appliances..

Disappointing
UPDATEI would give zero stars if I could.I received what looked like a refurbished power base as a replacement, without the basket! It was a different model and looked more used than my faulty unit. In response to my complaint, the seller asked for me to return the unit in exchange for a complete unit. I am reluctant because what if I got another refurbished unit? I have sent my feedback to the seller and reported to Amazon, that the replacement policy is unclear and in someways, insincere. In the time it took me to figure this out, I could have gotten a new unit elsewhere!TOTALLY disappointed.*****************************************************I was initially excited with the promises of this product with the different cooking modes etc.I expected higher quality finishing but was disappointed when it turned out âmehâ.The edges of the plastic housing were sharp and I had to be very careful during handwashing to not hurt myself. I had to also be careful when sponging the metal basket, so it was not easy to clean properly.I use mostly the Reheat and Toast options and not every day. Occassionally, I use the manual mode (with Preheat or Sear) to cook meats and fish and sometimes (Fresh Fries) for cooking potatoes. It handles the Fried foods well (Reheat) but I was not able to get the doneness that I want when attempting meats. Usually I would overcook them because they did not brown properly and I end up with overdone meats. These were done without following the manual.I was most disappointed when mmthe fryer died on me suddenly less than a year since I got it. It just shut off and could not be powered on at all. The seller was responsive and is sending me a new replacement unit per the warranty, but to be honest, I am cautious about its quality.I was looking at other brands already, but letâs see if the replacement works out better than my first unit.
