Excellent little shelves
I really like these adhesive shelves. I live in a small apartment that does not hve enough cabinet space in the kitchen nor counter top space in my bathroom. I put several of these under my cabinets in the kitchen, over my counter top in my bathroom around my mirror, and also a couple in my bedrooms walk in closet. They hold a surprising amount of weight and are so easy to install. I also found out that the adhesive won’t pull off the paint if you make a mistake or decide to take them down. The price is right for what you get and they also come with some little adhesive gripper clips that come in handy too. I used a couple of these, one to hold a razor and one to hold a battery powered engraver that I use in my workspace. I highly recommend these shelves for their quality, functionality, and price.

I bought the OAPRIRE White Floating Shelves to set up a baby camera after moving into a rental, and theyâve been perfect! The adhesive is incredibly strong, so no need for drilling, which was ideal for our situation. Just a heads-upâthe tape is very sticky and can take paint off if you remove it, so keep that in mind if you’re concerned about wall damage. If youâre able to repaint or donât mind a little touch-up, these shelves are a fantastic, sturdy option for adding space without permanent fixtures!

I needed a simple, easy way to display my cute/nerdy items above my desk, and these fit the bill perfectly! The shelves are very light plastic, so I personally wouldn’t try to put anything substantially heavy on them unless you’re using some heavy-duty mounting strips, but for my Lego minifigs and small plushies, these are perfect little display shelves.The adhesive squares that came with the shelves do look sturdy, but maybe just a little TOO sturdy for me. I.e., while I haven’t tried them myself, they do look like they might take off paint/wallpaper when it’s time to remove them. After reading other reviews and just to be better safe than sorry, I went with an alternative I was more familiar and comfortable with. I purchased some 3M Command wall strips separately and used them to quickly and easily slap these suckers on my wall. You can find them anywhere and they were very affordable on Amazon when I purchased them a couple weeks ago.TL;DR – For the price, I love the quality, look, and easy use of these shelves for displaying light objects.

Nice, but doesn’t hold the advertised weight
These are really nice-looking shelves and the cable holders and holes in them are super nice if you’re storing electronics. However, even though the description says it “holds up to 8 pounds very reliably”, that’s not true in my experience.I bought them for some empty plastic DS game cases. I weighed everything just to make sure they were under 8lbs. I followed all the instructions, cleaned the wall, pressed it firmly, waited more than 24 hours before placing anything on it — but still, only 1 day later, one of the shelves lost its grip on the wall. It didn’t completely fall, but all the contents were spilled onto the floor since it dipped forward. The other one never fell, but two days later I noticed it was also slowly leaning forward and losing its grip. I took the first shelf down and replaced the command strips, and I’m now just storing extremely lightweight objects on it. They seem to be holding fine and I really like it, but it’s not really what I first bought them for.I understand that these are command strips, so they will never be as secure as drilling into a wall. But the description promised 8lbs. I’m super disappointed that it wasn’t true.

I bought these over two years ago and they have been hanging on my wall ever since! They were easy to hang and are able to hold quite a bit of weight. However, I am moving now and am having trouble getting the off of my walls.
