To cover it up, I decided to purchase this mat.First, I compared prices extensively, and this mat was by far the most competitively priced. Similar options were easily double or even triple the cost. Because of its affordability, I figured that if it didn’t work out, I could replace it next season without much hesitation.One feature I appreciated is that the mat is double-sided with complementary textures. At first, I was confused because it didn’t look like the product I had ordered online, but then I realized it was just upside down! Once I got it right, it looked great and felt pleasant underfoot, even when stepping on it barefoot.That said, you get what you pay for. The mat is thin, lightweight, and a bit uneven. Unlike heavier mats, which naturally lie flat, this one doesn’t stay perfectly smooth on the ground. To keep it in place, we arranged a few seats around it to prevent it from being blown away on windy days. Hopefully, the added weight will help flatten it out over time.

I am looking for an outdoor rug for my patio. I thought I would see the quality of a rug in this price range and it is what I should have expected for thus price point. It comes folded and keeps the folding lines. It is very lightweight so any breeze fold and wrinkles it. It also snagged very easy. Oh well, now I know I’ll likely need to spend a couple hundred for a heavier, better quality rug.
