Item has been replaced three times. I dont even want third replacement. Electrical issues and front panel melts. Electric goes out and replacement process takes weeks. I am ove this item. DO NOT purchase!I purchased an ovente airfryer via Amazon January 2021. Appliance stopped working in less than two months, I contacted amazon, they directed me directly to seller ovente. Ovente took weeks to replace, ongoing unnecessary back and forth with customer service. Replacement item stopped working September 2021, again ongoing back and forth with customer service. Replacement received October 2021. That replacement airfryer stopped working April 2022. I contacted them over a week ago without any acknowledgement. At this point I do not want a replacement, I want my money refunded; this way I can purchase a replacement reliable air fryer.
