Not a bad purchase but not great
After reading some customer reviews, I’m glad this couch came with all its parts. I’m giving this product 3 stars because the “USB PORT” does not work. Can’t even stick any charger cables in there.The fabric is real soft but I wish the padding of the seats was softer and the back support pillows had more Cushing. And the adjustable arm with cup holder. I wish it had some type of lock system because they move way too easy.

Good couch
Good quality for the price. Very soft & comfy! Easy to put together, took me about 2 hours to do by myself. The arms rest storage is very nice but the covers aren’t very sturdy I plan on getting my own bracket and change them to lift up rather than open to the side. I have 2 dogs and it vacuums and cleans up very easily. Comes in 3 boxes that will arrive over a couple days

Missing some of the holes, and some of the holes are filled with fabric and had to cut it out the holes

Poor quality
Not a fan. The couch is not very good quality. The assembly was ok but some of the predrilled holes didn’t line up and were covered by the underlining and fabric. Had to cut holes just to find them and get the bolts/screws through. The back cushions are flat and definitely do not have enough stuffing. The back of the couch feels very flimsy like it might break off if too much pressure is put on it. The tops to the armrests are horrible. They aren’t attached in any way so they slide off if they’re barely touched. Would definitely not purchase again or recommend.

Great Couch for Apartment
Love the couch! I bought taller legs for it because I like to sit high. Assembly was great with a few little hiccups but we got it built in under an hour! Great couch for an apartment! Almost purchased the same couch for $4k and glad I got this one!
