Not what the description said it was
According to the description this was suppose to be a rocker-recliner, and it is not a rocker. A little disappointed, due to the fact that is why I bought it. Overall the chair is comfortable and everything else works. To heavy to return, but really disappointed that it is not what is in the description. It was a christmas present for the wife and she had wanted the rocker/recliner with the heat and massage, due to back issues, and wanted the rocking motion for soothing . Wanted to buy a second one if I was happy with this one, but now afraid I will get the same thing without the rocker so I am hesitant to order another. This is why I usually don’t buy things like this on line. And it is definitely not oversized like it says in the description, but that one is on me, should have looked at the size better. Differently will be hesitant to purchase anything like this on line again.

Not what I ordered
I ordered the grey oversized recliner with message and heat, I got a cream or beige colored recliner with no massage or heat. They sent the wrong product! The wrong color is fine, no big deal. Too much trouble to try to box up and send back. Looked on Amazon and see that the one they sent is $20 less than the one I ordered. Will reach out to Amazon about a credit. Also one of the cup holders was broke/chipped. Other than that the chair is really comfortable and relatively easy to assemble. I am 6’3″ and around 265 lbs. and it is comfortable both sitting up or reclining back. Not a fan of the pull cord style foot release.

Great recliner
UPS dropped this extremely heavy box with this recliner in multiple pieces outside on our driveway. It was extremely difficult to get inside! Once put together, which was easier than moving it inside, it worked like a charm. The vibration is excellent. Buy it youâll love it.

Inaccurate description
This chair was supposed to be a swivel rocker recliner and oversized. It would barely hold 100 pound person and it did not rock or swivel. It came with a remote that was supposed to massage and heat that didnât work. This chair was a dud!

I love the look, style and feel but it said it was a swivel rocker and itâs not. Thatâs false advertisement.Update! They are sending me a new oneâ¦we will see if itâs a rocker this time. Hopefully. The Garbee company refuses to give me back my money
I cancelled this item by Garvee, a seller on Amazon prime, 5 times, plus 2 more with Amazon staff. It is the wrong item and I requested a cancellation over two weeks in advance. It has not even left to ship, and they refuse to honor my wishes and give me the cancellation and me back the money taken out of my card. I don’t know how f it’s a free country where they make Garvee products but it is here in America, or it was at least the last time I checked. Now I’ve asked nicely, I have given them plenty of notice but I am At the end of my rope. Holding Americans hostage by not affording them the opportunities they are promised by their forefathers, such as to own or not to own a fake massage chair for $300 dollars.
