3 Seater Sofa
This is a comfortable sofa, very best quality for the price, the mecanisms is working well, the secret is to take your time to assemble it, the best is to be 2 person, one to align the pieces togeter and the other one the push on the seat pad etc..Very important verify the metal feet, because some one are been folder on the delivery, I used a big plier to fix it.

Best put-together couch ever
Excellent value for the money. Comfortable and with tons of features. It comes partially assembled in 3 boxes. As you can see by the picture, we have already made it our own. The only drawback was the claim that 2 people could put it together in 30 minutes. I had to do it myself and it took about 150 minutes. Fastening the zipper over the assembled arms was the hardest part. They should extend the seams to make it easier to get the zippers around the corners. Otherwise, use 2 zipper each and another velcro pullover.

Good Value
Great Product and for the price, it is a great value. It took three hours to assemble instead of 30 minutes but is not difficult to assemble, just not quick.

Nice for the price
It came in 3 boxes, in less then a week. Easy to put together. The massage and heat feature is great. Good color. It’s a bit firm it’s going to take a while to get use to. Having 3 sections makes for a lumpy nap. But it helps with sitting straight up. No lower back support. Bummer.

Pretty good product. Not so good customer service, at first.
The sofa is comfortable and a good value for the price. I paid the same thing for a 3 seat recliner 10 years ago with no massage or heat function. I replaced that one with this one.Assembly instructions are clear, but the time estimate (30 minutes) for assembly seems optimistic. That might be possible after all the unpacking is done and the assembly instructions are read. But for most folks, I think that one to one-and-one-half hours is a more reasonable expectation.Customer service was very accommodating in dealing with a small problem.

Solid purchase at this price point.
This is a solid product. Solid but not too solid cushion. The only issue we had was a small hole in one of the seams. This is not too much trouble to fix though.Overall comfy and looks great. There is also a good firmness to the couch with no unnecessary wobbling except a bit in the arm rests.

Smaller than I anticipated but really good for the price! The massagers and the heaters are absolutely amazing
