Perfect carpet pads
These worked perfectly on our basement steps. They are not adhesive but the rubber backing keeps them in place well. Great product for the price and they look good too.

Great over light carpeted stairs
We have light colored carpeting on our stairs, which happen to be near the entrance to our house. The bottom stairs were constantly getting dirt tracked on them, so I found these and am very happy with the quality and the look. The rubber backing keeps them firmly in place when stepped upon. I have put them on the 7 stairs leading up to the landing. I just ordered the additional 30×30 landing piece.

Look great but they do move
Nice material and feel good underfoot. I have older dogs, one of which is losing his depth perception and overall vision and so I wanted something to help him safely navigate the stairs. I do feel like these make a big difference for him because I don’t see the hesitation he used to show when needing to go downstairs.I do think the weave tends to catch nails, although this may be more from my cats than the dogs. I have recently thrown them in the wash and the dryer on delicate and they cleaned very well. The only thing I noticed is some corners are slightly turning up as can be seen in the photo.They have a nice thick rubbery bottom which does help to keep them stable. They do move though, so if you like things to be orderly and symmetrical, expect to reposition them often (although it may be my dogs pushing them around rather than people) I have learned to live with it because I bought them for my dogs safety, and for that, they have been wonderful.

Carpet gripping pads for the stairs
Our Great Dane, Zoey is getting old(13), and she had started slipping on our stairs as she came downs. So we decided to try these pads, and they have solved the problem. Good quality carpet pads at a reasonable price.They were very easy to install and match our wooden staircase colors.

Safety
The stair treads were easy to install, the fabric is durable and very easy to clean/vacuum. I like that the treads are fairly wide and cover most of the step. I ordered a lighter gray color but got a darker color instead, which actually looks better than I thought it would. The only thing I really donât like about them is that you can easily trip going up/down the stairs. The stair tread does not completely lay flat and/or stay put. I used carpet tape to temporarily help with the problem. Iâm worried that my 93 year old dad could fall or trip when using the stairs. So, now I have to guide him up/down the stairs. My recommendation is that anyone using the stairs should hold on to their railing for safe measure. My next purchase will be to buy treads that have self adhesive backing.

Matches the treads perfectly and stays in place without adhesive
Love the ease of cleaning, the weight that holds them in place despite racing dogs, the neutral look and that the treads and landing pads now match. Reasonable price, too.

Grip not as I expected
It’s ok. Functional. I bought the treads so that my Shih Tzus can climb down the stairs with more confidence without slipping. However, the treads keep moving and I constantly need to reposition. Same issue with when I climb up or down the stairs. Grip is not to my expectation. I have seen and used better products in the past. The thickness and finish are good.
