This is an amazing, high quality oven. Heats evenly. Defrosts the whole item evenly. Distributes heat throughout. Very quiet, low noise. Completely satisfied. Hot keys are excellent. I really like this particular microwave. This is the 3rd one I have owned. They last about 5 years, which is fine for me – we use them hard all the time. I thought I would take a chance and buy a renewed one, saving myself over $100. Although the wrapping did not look like a new unit, everything was there and fine with one exception: The flimsy plastic ring with wheels that the turntable sits on was broken in one place – but I was able to fix with superglue- took just a few minutes, and it works fine. Good product, good value, great price!

this was the quietest microwave i ever used, because it was broken on delivery! I actually bought another one locally, and when i plugged it in a significant fan sound occured which was missing on the refurb i bought here, when i finally contacted them because it quit heating half way through anything of sufficient size. like a bowl of soup instead of a cup of coffee they said it was 10 days out of warrantee, and too bad. I wont be recomending any refurb units from these freaks in the future. BE WARE!

I couldn’t figure out which microwave to buy but I liked the idea of paying way less for a refurbished very nice microwave. In some small way its like recycling, stopping one more device from being in a landfill… It doesn’t have all of the newest features like a baking element or air fryer built in but thats not what I was actually looking for. At 1250 watts this thing is a cooking monster and it also is easily the largest microwave I’ve ever had. It also had no dents or scratches, eg no evidence of it being refurbished. It came with a manual as well so I have no complaints at all.
