We searched EVERYWHERE for a solid wood, sleek but element of interest, with a headboard that wasn’t towering, and not an outrageous price. I gave up and finally succommed to searching on Amazon and was VERY PLEASED to find this bed. The Caramel color matches my vintage MC dresser perfectly. Added an Avacado mattress and we are super pleased.Note for the non toxic friends: the varnish does have a scent straight out of the box. I wish we had “aired it out” the few days we waited to assemble.The box is extremely heavy and arrived in 2 days instead of the 10 days it told us when we ordered.

This bed is not only beautiful- but sturdy- looks perfect in my room- ( haven’t made bed yet) was good to note in other reviews that the caramel wood color is darker than the photo- this color is actually perfect for me!

Nice, real, solid wood. However the color is much darker than the image. I was hoping for the honey/caramel color but it’s about 2-3 shades darker

Sturdy and strong bed. It is beautiful colored wood. The wood is diagonally laid and is very pretty especially in person. It wasn’t too hard to put together. It even came with spare screws and washers in case you lose one.
