Sharp, precise, durable, a home cookâs best friend
I was weary of these knives after a couple of reviews said they developed rust easily. I almost didnât buy them, but they were exactly what I wanted and the price was right so I decided to see for myself how theyâd hold up over time. Boy, am I glad I did! Iâm writing this review months after purchase so I can report on their durability. First off, those reviews warning about their sharpness? No lie, I accidentally sliced my pinky while hanging the knives on my magnetic strip. So just be exceedingly careful at first until you get a feel for them. I also make sure to remove any distractions and stay focused solely on what Iâm doing whenever I do knifework with these for that reason. I wanted a high quality set of knives because Iâm really into cooking at home. I cook all my meals everyday so I needed a set that would be up to the challenge, these are. They have a good weight to them (feel sturdy in your hand) and as previously stated, theyâre super sharp and make quick work of any chopping project. Veggies? No prob. Meat? No prob. Hard cheese? No problem. I love these knives. They work great and Iâm happy to report that I havenât seen any rust on my knives. I hand wash and dry mine with a microfiber towel and then I hang them back up on their magnetic knife strip, so maybe that is the key to caring for them. They look brand new still, exactly like the day I got them months later. I am so happy with these. 10/10 would recommend them for enthusiastic home cooks like myself.

Love these knives!
I love these! I have this and the steak knife set, and bought these for my son. They look great, and feel great in your hand. They are very sharp! The rule in my house is that no one can toss them in the sink because reaching in to soapy water and grabbing one can lead to a nasty slice. They really are beautiful knives that work well.

Exceptionally sharp and quality knives.
I am rather picky about my kitchen knives. I generally buy them individually. I purchased one of these knives first to determine quality.I have had these for 9 months, and have not had to take them to be professionally sharpened yet. As with any quality knife, hand wash immediately, hand dry a quick run through a blade sharpener after each use.Every knife cuts through even tomatoes, and I do not have a serrated one.These are great knives I would stack them up against my Henkcel Pros

I was happy to receive these knives. but was very disappoint on how they should up. The box holding the knives was ripped and the knives were falling out of the box. But they do seem to be very sharp, good for chef cooking.

Extremely Sharp!
I was a bit reluctant to buy this knife set due to its low price and the fact they’re made in china. I didn’t know what to expect when they arrived, but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Out of the box these knives are extremely sharp and they stay that way through use. I’ve been using these now for about a month and have not found the need to touch up the blades on any of them. The handles are also very comfortable in use, they are balanced well and overall just work great in my kitchen.I definitely recommend them.

Sharp, good quality steel for price. Must hand wash, as handles are wood and knife edge will dull quickly. Good knives should always be hand washed anyways. Not sure how long will last, but plan to sharpen every 6 mos, so will update.
