Firm and good quality – I am a happy customer!
All firmness and softness are just on the top. Exactly as described. Better quality and firmer than other, more expensive mattresses I previously purchased. After just 2 nights, I no longer feel hip pain when I wake up, and my husband, who always slept on soft or medium-firm mattresses, describes it as much more comfortable for his back. The only issue was that delivery was 4 days late. However, it is really good value for money and fits exactly the king bed size. Purchased 14 inches and is exactly what was delivered.

Good product for the price point!
We are using this full 8 inch mattress for the bottom bunk of a set of bunk beds. The mattress was packaged well and when we opened the box it only took 15 mins to take its full form. There was no gross smell which sometimes comes with other items. It fit perfectly and was firm but soft. My grandson is only 4 but slept through the night on it. Which doesn’t happen often.

Best bed I ever invested in!!!
I just finished putting up my new bed frame and bought the 10 inch king size bed to me I think itâs more than 10 inches but whatever lol my old bed always gave me back pain and headaches but when I slept on this bed I woke up feeling amazing Iâm glad I bought this mattress hopefully it last for a long time because I donât want to get rid of this one Iâll recommend anyone who needs a king size bed itâs worth it and feels amazing

Depends on what you like to sleep on
To me, this mattress is okay but I liked my previous more. Itâs just not as firm as I would like. Iâm only 145lbs and I sink into the mattress more than Iâd like to. Because of this, I also feel hot especially if I donât have the A/C running. Itâs light and it expanded very quickly. Faster than any other mattress Iâve purchased (which surprised me). Easy to plop right on the bed and I do sleep well on it. I cannot say Iâve had any back pain. The support is not something I can say is highly there but it works enough for me. From what I can tell it keeps its shape.

So comfortable for the price!
We bought this for our 10 year old this year for Christmas for his new loft bed and we are pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is considering that price. With the cost of everything these days it’s really nice to still be able to find a good value that isn’t a major disappointment! Shipping was quick, very easy to set up and didn’t take for ever to fill out like most mattresses in boxes these days!

Comfortable
I just got my mattress yesterday and opened it today. After I assembled my bed frame I put the mattress on and laid on it. This is hands down one of my top two mattresses ever. It is so very soft and comfortable. I cannot wait to see how my first nights sleep goes on it. I am sure it is going to be amazing.

Good quality but get the 12inch!
I’m worried but it’s only been 6ish hours lol I can kinda feel the bars still on the no box spring bedframe and new mattress.. I could only afford the 8 inch this time.. I did get a topper which would add 1-2 inches. Aye! Lol otherwise, super comfortable! And good quality!

Took it out of the box, laid it flat. Fluffed up in less than an hour. Bought for bunk beds. Fit perfectly. Great product. Bought 6 for 3 bunk beds. Super happy with my purchase.
