Phillips is very underrated! A must-buy
I always knew that Phillips was very underrated either purposely or not. Iâve always trusted Phillips products from TVs to razors and now smart door locks. I read the reviews and as usual, There were people complaining People complaining about responsiveness, performance and noise. I put a video for you to see just that the noise is very pleasant for me and there is a configuration to remove the sound and turn it into quiet mode so thatâs checked! As for the responsiveness it all depends on your fingers, If youâre hand is generally slippery or you wash it with soap more than needed, then Maybe, but I havent experienced any problems with the keypad or the Fingerprint sensor. This is a very sturdy and elegant looking Smart door lock. The installation was very easy, I just wish they made it clear on removing the spacer if your door hole is 34 mm because with the spacers on it wonât fit unless your door is 54 or 60 mm then you wonât have a problem. It is explained in the manual, follow the manual not the videos because the videos are of other Products. This is much better than the overseas products out there, I bought it because I did not want wi-Fi features ( Wi-Fi lock/unlock) but I did want one time codes which this product provides. The installation and the code set up was very easy. The app works great, and I tried the one time passcodes and it worked successfully.(It didnât allow me to open the door twice with the same code). The only thing I wish this Product had, the Entry log. Overall, Iâm very satisfied with My purchase!! Phillips need better PR, Like for real!!

Detailed review.
I live in an apartment in a not so great area. I will start with what I disliked about this lock, the wire is long. Very long. I have a standard door, and I was trying to install the lock after work, and I was having a hard time with the wire, it kept blocking the cover from going on the stand. Eventually I had to shove a good bit of the wire into the hole, and in the process the wire covering split a little. I had a hard time with the locking the back cover on (but this might just be an me problem, honestly.) And the instructions are small print. In order to change master code, add finger print you need to activate the numpad and type “12345678” and follow the instructions after. I wish there was an autolock function that was shorter time. But what I like is a lot. It’s sleek and modern, but that’s not a huge priority with me. I NEVER lose my keys or forget them, but I don’t have a car anymore so I often carry a lot of groceries up three flights of stairs and I usually have to set my food down to open my door, and I am glad I don’t have to do that anymore. The lock itself was easy to install, and I like how you can drill holes into your door for additional security. I like how it doesn’t need to be connected to wifi in my opinion this is safer since it can’t get hacked. I like the quick lock button, its nice to walk by click a button and then hear a automated voice tell me my door is locked, I do also like how it tells me that my door is unlocked.

Easy installation and very fast reading fingerprint
Installed this as replacement for Qwikset one I had for 7 years. Works faster than expected reading fingerprints at lightning speed and installs much easier than previous one, no hassle. Nice sturdy build, hope it last as long as old lock.

Easy install but questionable deadbolt durability
EDIT: Company stands by their products and therefore I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars.I just installed this and it took me less than 30 minutes which is nice. All the features appear to work as they should (fingerprint, master code, auto lock, etc.). However, the deadbolt itself feels pretty cheap, as does the manual lock when twisting it to lock. As others mentioned, the automated voice is almost useless since itâs so quiet. With the play in the deadbolt due to its weak feel, I wonder how secure the lock really is. However, I do have my security camera focused on this door so that is peace of mind. Still, for the price, I would think the lock itself should feel more sturdy. After all, the purpose of this is to have a lock and secure your homeâ¦

Lock works fine so far, but itâs totally not secure
This is a very strange purchase. Basically anyone who even has access to the inside of the lock for 20 seconds can reset the master password and lock anyone else out. So from a security perspective it’s a total fail.On the other hand, for a low-security environment, it’s actually quite nice, so I’m not really sure how to review this thing. Also, it doesn’t have Wi-Fi at all, and the app is only to use Bluetooth to be able to add one-time codes to it, but once somebody has a one-time code, they might as well have all the codes. The install went well and the thing looks pretty good and works correctly so far. We’ll see how it degrades over time and maybe I’ll come back and adjust this review.

Excellent value
5 minutes to install, 5 minutes to program, years to use. Love it so far. What a great value.

Seems good
I think this lock is good. It has worked every time using my fingerprint and code. Itâs fast to open. I canât figure out why it wonât auto lock though even though I had it set to that. The only thing I donât like is the knob on the inside is plastic, and I wound prefer it be metal.

Easy install, fingerprints entry has been successful so far.

I have installed it for 2 weeks, so far it works as well as described, finger prints are recognized easily and very easy to set up. I was worried about temperature but it seems no problem so far, I recommend this product.

Pretty straightforward installation. Easy set up. Donât need neither WiFi nor app. A simple yet sophisticated lock with three options to operate: physical key, pin code or fingerprint. The fingerprint scanner is absolutely fast. I am quite impressed with the quality of this product at such low price point.

It’s very easy to assemble. Works well and it has 4 ways to unlock the device. We don’t want a device that connects to wifi for security reasons and this is what we need. Thereâs an app but it is optional as it’s for 1 one-time code only. All setup can be done on the device, just keep the manual for the number keys youâll need. Overall we are happy with this purchase and recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS KEYPAD, the functions are horrible and don’t work properly. The touchscreen is a mess. as soon as you try to press in your key combination, it somehow activates other numbers around it, so you have to go through multiple attempts of inputting your combination before you finally get one attempt that actually works. This could be the hover functionality interfering with the touchscreen, which shouldn’t be an issue to begin with. The fingerprint also stopped working. It doesn’t read any of the registered fingerprints anymore, only a single day after we inputted them in. If you need a keypad lock, just get a simple one with buttons, not this.
