This couch is a great addition to our living room! The couch has good seat height and depth for easy sitting. The foam is pretty firm, similar to a foam mattress. It’s very comfortable. The wedge or corner piece is pretty deep, easy to scooch back and put your legs up. The recliners work smoothly, the operation is comparable to hospital exam room tables (from my professional experience). The fabric is nice and soft, seems like it will be durable. Customer support was great! I received a text soon after placing my order to verify. I ordered on a Monday night, delivery was on Thursday afternoon, way faster than the estimate. The setup was easy, just unbox the pieces, attach the feet, hook the pieces together, and you’re good to go! I am happy with the entire experience!

We’re extremely happy with this couch from start to finish. The delivery was impressively quick from the west coast to the east in less about 2 weeks, and I really appreciated that everything was verified with us beforehand which felt professional and reassuring!!! The packaging was VERY well done and securely put together, keeping the couch completely protected and safe during transit.The couch itself is great quality and feels sturdy, well-made, and comfortable. Setup was surprisingly. My husband and I were able to carry it up the stairs ourselves without any issues, and from unboxing to fully set up, it took us less than two hours.Customer service was excellent, they were quick to respond, genuinely kind, and very helpful when we had a question. The couch was easy to setup, took about 15 mins. The material is durable and the firmness is exactly what I was looking for. The couch is a 5 seater and the size was better than expected.
