â Beautiful, luxurious furniture and excellent service!
I am in love with these furniture pieces! They are even better than I expected. Iâm extremely happy with my purchase and they completely transformed my living room. The quality, size, and overall look feel luxurious and beautiful.Here are some advantages and disadvantages based on my experience:Disadvantages:If you live in a trailer park like I do, or if there are stairs, the delivery team may not bring the furniture directly to your door. In my case they left it on the street.There was a delay due to snow, so the delivery took a few extra days.Amazon did not update the tracking very well, so I had to check the XPO website directly to see where my order was.Advantages:The furniture is beautiful, large, and looks very luxurious.If you donât speak English like me (I speak Spanish), the seller had someone available to translate when I called, which was excellent and very helpful.They call you about 30 minutes before delivery so you can be ready to receive the order.POV: The delivery driver from Wytheville, VA who brought the furniture to my town did an excellent job. He handled my furniture with care and provided outstanding service. I really appreciate the professionalism.

Excellent purchase!
We ordered our furniture set (sofa, chair, and loveseat) and were thrilled to have it delivered 2 days early!! Everything was in perfect condition and assembly was very easy. The seats are comfortable and recline to a great sleeping position! Itâs so nice to not only have usb charging ports on each piece but also two wireless charging spots on the sofa! The customer service is also excellent! This set is an outstanding value for the price!

Not as easy to assemble
Very nice set. Great value but wasn’t as easy to assemble as I hoped. I wish that assembly was offered as it is with other sets.

Movie night every night
Received yesterday after replacing a terrible couch. My back was killing me and these have already been so much more supportive. A ton of features, fast shipping, great price for the matching set and they look great! Packaging wasn’t torn and had no damage at all. Only negative thing I have to say is the arm storage cubbies lift vertically and would be more useful if the flipped to the side but thats not a big deal.

Great furniture and great service
This set is great. Quality material and very comfortable. The seller has the best customer service I’ve seen on Amazon. When the 3rd party delivery company tried to delay delivery by 2 weeks, they stepped in and got it fixed right away. This seller is now my only choice when looking for furniture on Amazon.

Make sure the electrical connections work properly
Recliner and loveseat work great. The sofa electrical wiring was installed wrong. I am unable to use recliner sides of this sofa. Thatâs why I am giving this company a 3 star. Will be working on a replacement of the sofa or somethingâ¦
