Love my sectional!
I love this sectional! It’s comfortable and really good looking. I ordered the burgundy color, it could even be called a rich chocolate brown with red tones. It’s really comfortable and the reclining mechanism works very smoothly. It takes two people to put it together, so be sure to have help.Customer service for both the seller and the delivery agent were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They kept me informed as to what and when the delivery process would transpire.Overall this was an unstressful experience and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Have an extra person to help bring the boxes inside your house

Stay away
Received sectional power recliner does not work very difficult to contact distributor. Amazon appears to make it very difficult for you to speak to anyone regarding product malfunction. Do not buy this item. Haven’t not been able to get any help or resolution.

Great for the price.
Great couches. A little more firm than I like, but it serves its purpose. We get a lot of compliments. Price was fair for what we got compared to shopping in person where I live. They were packaged well and shipped with care. I will say that AFTER you purchase, the seller sends a picky notification about the return policy. So absolutely don’t purchase the couches unless you’re very serious and know you won’t return them. You definitely won’t get all of your money back from what I read in the return policy and if I remember correctly, you’d cover shipping (unless refusing delivery with shipping company) and restocking fee (unless they arrived damaged.) Anyways. The shipping company (not affiliated with the couch company) was okay when the items were delivered, however there was only ONE person driving and delivering and they were pretty late outside of the time it was scheduled to be delivered. Unloading took a good 20 minutes. Was super happy the boxes and couches were not damaged. Other than that, the couches were easy to assemble, although I suggest having another person help since they are heavy and sturdy. They seem to be well made. In all, I’d purchase from this company again, especially for the price and quality. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable
Very nice and comfortable. Came quickly and wasn’t difficult to assemble. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because rhe recliner is small and my husband is 6’5 and his legs hang off the foot lol

Beautiful Sectional
Beautiful furniture! It came on a pallet with four large boxes. 600+ pounds total. It was easy to assemble, but it’s a lot of furniture to assemble.
