They are beautiful, comfortable and the size is perfect for my big living room, the communication with the seller was great and couches came before the date that they were expected. Recommend this seller 100%. Chattie from Toseslo was amazing and the response was almost immediate.The only issue was with the delivery company, not good experience with them.

My husband and I love our sofa! We were missing a couple of parts to it but when we notified the vendor, he was very nice and he mailed the part as soon as he could. The sofa is beautiful, and the leather is soft and very comfortable. I am telling everyone about this sofa and I highly, recommend it. I still can’t believe what we paid for this sofa. The cost is far less than you would pay anywhere else.

Pésimo calidad del material, artesanalmente mal elaborado, etiquetas de devolución engañosa con peso de 7 libras y una sola etiqueta lo cual dificulta la devolución en UPS. Debe ser 1 etiqueta por cada pieza. Entrega sin garantizar que el producto no venga dañado. No lo entregan y revisan con el cliente como es habitual por mueblerias. Amazon no garantiza ni respalda que el cliente reciba información real y devolución eficiente. Existe un mecanismo difícil y complicado que todos los clientes no tienen la habilidad de cumplir y poder recibir respuesta eficiente. Estás en riesgo de estrés y de perder tu dinero porque el protocolo es muy engorroso. Desde el inicio el vendedor trata de confundir y engañar para no cumplir su obligación en ventas razonable y confiable.
