Big hoss fryer
These bad boy can really get a lot of food done, great item and super easy to use, love that it actually has a dump basket. Very large and super easy buttons to set time and temp.

Inexpensive and works great !!
I did not have high expectations for what seemed to be a budget option compared to the inflated prices of other air fryers. It’s very basic (a plus in my opinion) but well-built. The basket is large and a bit crudely constructed, but easy to clean if you just soak it for a bit in soapy water. The best part: it cooks fantastically–really anything–frozen chicken breasts (rub with olive oil then a light dusting of lemon pepper), chicken wings, ribs, salmon, frozen beer-battered fish filets. Everything comes out juicy and hot. Its also great for reheating food–better than a microwave. It’s now my go-to cooker, and doesn’t heat up the whole kitchen in the summer months or waste energy heating up a large oven. A couple friends and family members have bought the same model and love it as well. I can’t go on enough about it!

Not worth the trouble.
Customer support tried. Food cooked weird, the basket doesn’t close. It’s almost too light for sliding the basket in and out. Buttons are on to and difficult to see on th3 counter for shorter people. Would have returned if it was inside the window.

makes superb frozen fries, easy to use and clean, takes up a lot of storage space though
This is basically a small counter top convection oven and that is it, but for people like me who do not have a convection oven this is really nice. I think the only negative I can really says is that it is large and storage in a somewhat small kitchen is an issue with me. It is really easy to use and the clean up is super easy too. The instructions are pretty straight forward and useful, I mean when it says that the buttons are meant to be touch and you don’t have to push down that was very true and I was actually glad I read that first.I got this because I want to make French fries but I also want to fry chicken and lightly breaded sunfish filets. So far I have not gotten around to trying the chicken or fish, but I have played around with fries and this is how it went.First I tried home made fries. This is more of what I wanted to do because I am particular about my ingredients. I followed the instructions, kept the amount between 1 and 1.5 pounds, and the first photo I posted is the results. Everyone loved them, I had to make a second batch right away because they wanted more that’s how much they liked them. My issue was that they did not cook evenly. I shook them every 8 minutes like the instructions said too but still the ones closest to the outside cooked a lot more and much faster than ones on the inside and after 24 minutes I had fries where some where almost over cooked and some where not cooked enough. Family still loved them. I think if the potatoes were precooked at least some then it would be just a matter of crisping them up.Next I bought frozen sweet potato fries (which I had tried before but they never really turned out that great in my conventional oven, so I quit trying, and one kid wouldn’t eat them then anyway) and this AirDaddy frier made them come out wicked excellent! (see second photo). Instructions say 1 pound to 1.5 pounds but the bag was only 15 ounces, the smaller amount may be why they turned out better than my homemade fries. They cooked way more evenly, got nice and crispy on the outside, and even the kid that didn’t like them before actually asked for seconds this time. My husband was really impressed at how well this worked on the frozen fries.I am not sure great fries are enough to warrant the storage struggle though (if you have a large kitchen no worries for you then), it will earn its keep if it does a great job on my chicken and fish. Simply put this does a better than great job with frozen fries as long as you keep it to 1 pound only at a time. This small capacity to get the fries to cook best coupled with my storage issues of the unit is why I give it only 4 stars instead of 5.
