Doesn’t always capture the finger print . Locks you out if you try 3 times . Seems like if you try the first time and it doesn’t capture the finger print it doesn’t accept it at all after . You have to try to unlock with another method. So not the best .

This lock was easy to install. I like the fingerprint feature, however it took SO many attempts to get it working (annoying!). We could never get my daughter’s fingerprint set up! The whole lock stopped working 3 weeks later. Batteries were good, we could not figure out why it stopped working. I also don’t think you can use the app to open the door.Just spend a little more money and get something better. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Good quality, easy set up but I had to download the app in order to set up the passwords, the key pad was a little difficult. I can’t get to button on the back of the door to lock and unlock.

I bought 2 of these. The functionality is superb. It looks gorgeous. Exactly what I was hoping for. Every once in a while, when it is very cold (well below freezing) it might now recognize my finger print, but my code always work when punched in.I really like having the app. It is very easy to use. I don’t use it for opening the door, but like the option. I like that everyone has their own code so I know who has unlocked the door. I also like that the door automatically locks. i have it set to 60 seconds. I love knowing that my door is always locked without having to be to check it before I go to bed or if my teenager is home alone. It even beeps to alert you that it didn’t lock if the door isn’t closed tightly.The sense of security this product has brought is well worth the money.
