I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the service I received. The sofa arrived earlier and was exactly as described. This item arrived damaged but most importantly the item is very small in size and looks more like a sofa for a child’s play room in size compared to my other sofas this is a Minnie sofa. Also when asking Amazon to return seller asked for photos of damaged areas which I took photos of instead of just returning and scheduling a pick up for the item with a full return of purchase when we did have to item for a week…how upsetting

We love this couch! It’s Velvet so it’s super soft, the cousins are firm but still comfy and we all can sit and watch movies while stretched out. It’s a little short but it’s perfect for resting your head while laying down. So far it has held up well. I will update this review if anything changes.
