Ridiculous! So many pieces, they pop off very easily, screws don’t hold outlet, lights don’t work
I called Amazon about this bed and I’m still really upset about this bed! They claim the way they put lights on bed are far better/NOT! So many ridiculous parts to putting this together which is a joke! The outlet that you screw onto the bed doesn’t even stay on/ the screws are so tiny that it doesn’t hold it- if not so many parts we would completely return and that’s the downside of buying online! I called and only received 20% back.. very upset over this purchase! We ended up having to buy new lights for bed that costed me more than the 20% we received back for light price/ I should make that clear- I only received 20% off for the lights.. not the outlet not working, not the disfunction of this bed! I sent a message to this company- haven’t heard anything back. So many parts.. how to even take apart to return.. ugh.. frustrating!

Good quality for cost.
The actual bed frame itself is good. Assembly is kind of annoying to do with one person but definitely is doable. My only complaint is that the adhesive on the lights SUCKS. I ended up using extra zip ties to keep the lights from falling off.

Very easy to put together just have to pay attention do you don’t put the side rails on the wrong side sturdy and lightweight the perfect fit

Amazing
Was easy to put together. I was afraid was going to be an idea assembly but went smooth. Did entire set by myself. Love the remote and with app a lot more features can be used. Like setting up a time for the led lights to come on and turn off any day of the week. Another is can have the lights go to sound caught on a mic. Have not had any problems with the bed at all. Only issue I can see someone having is the legs are just a square piece of metal no cover, good chance if the floor in the room is hardwood or vinyl it will scratch.

Very thin metal and poor welds
This frame was easy to assemble and looked awesome with the lighting around the bottom. Unfortunately after a little over a month of use the material used seems very thin and is not that strong, one leg has broken clean off and the others are close to breaking as well. My 11 yr old grandson sleeps on it and he only weighs about 100 pounds. It is too difficult to take apart and remove the lighting to send it back for a refund so it’s now trash.

Great bed frame when it finally arrives
The bedframe itself was very easy to assemble, looks great with excellent lighting and seems exceptionally sturdy when assembled properly. It provides excellent support for the best night of sleep you are capable of achieving. The only problem was with the UPS delivery teamster acting like a teamster causing our delivery to be inaccurately delivered because they won’t operate with current maps. This caused Amazon to have to send us a second bed to cover UPS’ mistake, costing me valuable time and costing Amazon money due to Teamsters carrying on the working attitude of Jimmy Hoffa.

I bought this bed frame and noticed right after delivery that a few parts were already poor quality. I contacted the seller and informed them about it. Despite this, I continued using the bed frame.After just 35 days of use, the legs started falling off, making the bed unstable and unsafe. This clearly shows how low the build quality is.When I contacted the seller again, they refused to help. They clearly stated no refund, no return, and no warranty, even though the product failed within a short period of normal use. Completely unacceptable for a bed frame.This feels very misleading as a customer. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this seller due to poor product quality and lack of responsibility once they have your money.
