BODIPEDIC Twin Size Mattress – 12 Inch Review
We picked up this mattress for my granddaughter since she’s growing and needed something a little bigger than the mattress she had been using. After setting it up and letting her try it out, I can say it turned out to be a great choice.She absolutely loves it. In fact, my son-in-law joked that it’s now “the best bed in the house.” After laying on it himself, he said it really highlighted the difference between this newer mattress and the older ones they have. It’s gotten him thinking about replacing the master bedroom mattress and his older daughter’s mattress as well.The mattress itself seems very well constructed and supportive. For a kid’s bed, it feels like a really solid option, and we expect it will easily last her into her teenage years before she outgrows the size and needs something larger.We also added a mattress cover to protect it, which should help ensure that spills or accidents don’t damage it.Overall, this was a great value. Mattresses can get expensive very quickly, but this one delivers solid comfort and quality at a very reasonable price.TL;DR:Very comfortable and well-built twin mattress that my granddaughter loves. Great value for the price and should easily last her for years.

Good quality mattress, softer than expected
The mattress arrived vacuum-sealed in a compact roll and expanded pretty quickly once we opened it. Within a short time, it took its full shape and looked exactly like a regular mattress. It’s quite tall – honestly it even feels a bit thicker than the advertised 12 inches.One thing I noticed right away is that you don’t feel the slats from the bed frame through the mattress, which is great. The outer cover also looks nice and well made, and overall the mattress gives a good quality impression.The only thing to keep in mind is firmness. It’s labeled as medium, but to me it feels closer to the softer side. If you specifically need a firmer mattress, you might want to look at other options. That’s the only reason I took off one star.Otherwise, for the price, it’s a really solid mattress, and I’m happy with it.

Fantastic memory foam mattress
This 12-inch thick memory foam mattress is fantastic! My 13 y/o son’s existing mattress was on its last legs. I did some quick research and found this option from Bodipedic. I hadn’t heard of the brand so I was a little skeptical but we are extremely pleased with the quality.The mattress arrived in a reasonably sized box, and the mattress is packed in a vacuum sealed bag, and then rolled up inside of the outer carton (box) to make for easy transport. It worked extremely well! I didn’t pay the extra money to have it setup for us, but since it was packed so well it was really quite easy to get it out of the carton, and then on to the bed frame. I waited to cut the vacuum seal open until the bed was in place on my son’s bed frame. Within only a few moments of cutting open the vacuum bag, the mattress seemed to come alive and grew to an astounding 12 inches high!Comfort wise, the mattress is fantastic, my son slept in late the first night as he was so comfortable he said he was sleeping much better. He mentioned that the bed forms to your body shape but without being overly spongy. I’m also happy to report that the cooling feature really works! The bed is noticeably cool to the touch.Appearance: The mattress looks high-end with it’s superb detailing, and it is covered in a modern looking grey fabric.Overall: 5-stars all day, for an aesthetically beautiful mattress that delivers an amazing night sleep! Highly recommended!
