Assembly was very easy. All the pieces lock together, the fabric is really nice, the vibration and heating works well, this is a quality purchase. The chair is very comfortable, the cup holders, massage, heater, USB socket and side pockets add to the experience, this is the most comfortable chair at a great price and quality. The cup holder is perfect for my water bottle. The two pockets are perfect for storing needed items such as controllers!

Absolutely do not buy
First of all there was a protruding piece of wire that went through my wife’s hand. Assembly is absolutely horrible which also cut my hand in the process. lovely fabric though. Very small in size. Very poor manufacturing to say the least

It is fantastic, very soothing and relaxing, very easy to put together, it has heat therapy and massage functions with five adjustable modes and two intensity options, stylish design, easy to use, convenient and practical, I think it’s a very good chair for the money. I would recommend it to anyone who asks about it.

Lovely Recliner!
For the price itâs a very nice convenient recliner ! I bought it for my husband for Christmas and he loved it! It reclines perfectly! Cushions are super soft & thick. I love the color went perfect with our living room. Only thing I shall add is. The massage isnât a massage itâs more of a vibration. And the heat. You donât really feel the heat but overall it is a perfect chair for the price !

Unable 2 use! Parts still not fully assembled
Love the material,almost suede- like. Nice color chose the Brown 9020. 1 part stuck in base of Swivel-Rocker Recliner and can’t extract! So it would not rock with this in it.plus it would’ve nt look rt with only 1 arm!I’m getting help thru Amazon Really had liked this one too.

ok for the price
I was hoping for an overly stuffed and oversized recliner. This is comfortable but I wouldn’t say it’s either of those. Assembly was by far the worst I’ve had in a while. The pictures/instructions were horrible but we eventually got it figured out without damaging anything. The cup holder parts go in tight and don’t fall open as other reviews for similar models mention at least. If anything, they are a little hard to open… Oh, and I only got one cup holder insert so one side is just a hole with fabric. Reached out to customer support but no reply. Massage is good overall. Heat isn’t anything too strong but is perfect for me. Just heats up enough similar to when someone’s been in a chair for a while. Claims to come in 2 boxes but they were VERY tightly packed in to one big box. Parts were shoved into recesses under the chair which were very hard to remove. Cut my finger while removing parts from down there… Overall I’m happy with the final product so I’ll be keeping it.

It’s very comfortable, stylish and the massage/heating feature is great. It was very easy to assemble and I love that it even vibrates. The charging port is powerful. Very comfortable and almost reverts to a flat position. The massage option is great. Footrest extends and retracts. The quality is excellent and the chair is perfect. Best chair my husband has ever used love everything about Cheer these chairs. Great look and massage and heat!Very sturdy
