Do not buy -overpriced, oversized and bad customer service
I purchase this chair as nursing chair, the products description shows this would be suitable for a nursing chair. However, the chair is made for very very large people only. I am 5â1 and my feet did not even come close to touching the floor and I could not lean back against the chair at all. My husband who is 6 feet just reaches the floor with this. Being that I purchased it as a nursing chair I reached out to the seller explaining the chair is not as advertised for nursing and I would like to return. Customer service was slow to respond and completely unhelpful. They asked for a picture of me sitting in the chair -why would they need that?? In the end I am stuck with a bad and very expensive chair since it is too large to return. I requested they send me new boxes to return it in- the original packaging came damaged. They told me to ask my neighbors and friends for boxes! Being that this chair huge no one will have a box this size. I requested they allow me to bring the item unboxed to shipping store so they can package it and they denied that request too. I am very disappointed with sellers responses.Additionally, the chairs massage features are not enjoyable at all it just feels like awkward random buzzing on the chair.

Quality and comfortable
Much better quality than I expected, and very comfortable. We have it in our nursery and I’m loving it. The material is soft. Came in 2 separate boxes, 48hrs apart. We were nervous when only 1 bos arrived but gave it some time and the other showed up. Set up was easy and it’s a great chair.

Very comfortable
This recliner is AMAZING! The material is strong yet soft and cushiony, making it incredibly comfortable. Its wide, cozy design looks and feels luxurious, and it reclines smoothly to multiple positions, perfect for relaxing or napping. The weight capacity is impressive, making it sturdy and accommodating for all users. I also love the 360Â° swivel and rocking functionalityâthey add so much versatility. I had an issue with delivery, but the seller resolved it quickly and professionally. I havenât tried the heat function yet, but itâs already my favorite spot in the house.

Saved $500 by purchasing these!
We purchased 2 of these recliners in Orange to go with our contemporary furnishings and they matched perfectly! We had shopped at local furniture stores and could not find anything that matched, and if they did have something it was three times the cost of these and we could get them in 12 weeks. These are very comfortable and almost an oversized chair,as I am 240lbs and have 4″ of room on each side. Took about 5 minutes to assemble and provide swivel, rocking, reclining, heat,and massage. Would highly recommend these, and you can get a pretty good nap in them too!

Easy to assemble, works poorly.
I have mixed feelings about this product. The chair is easy to assemble, the fabric is study and looks to be easy to clean. It is very comfortable and looks good. However, it operates very poorly. The footrest raises with a handle pull with some difficulty but requires brute force to close the footrest. After contact with the seller, there was not much in the way of what to do. They did offer a return if I wanted to pay return shipping which would be pricey. I will discard it.

Nowhere else has the exact chair I wanted, and I looked a lot!
This chair is great. It took me a little longer than expected to assemble, but thatâs more because Iâm older and dealing with aches and painsâexactly why I needed a chair like this. I wanted a comfortable spot to relax for long hours during the day and this chair is great for that.Assembly is pretty easy once you receive both boxes (mine arrived about a week and a half apart). I chose this chair for its spacious seat, reclining, and swivel features, and Iâm happy with all three. The rocking function is a nice added bonus that Iâm sure Iâd have looked for had I thought of it. As others have noted, the heat and massage features arenât very strong, but they do work. Since I didnât buy the chair specifically for those, itâs not a dealbreaker, and this chair still earns five stars from me.The fabric is soft, comfortable, and looks great. I treated it with Scotchgard just to be safe since I opted for the lightest color, but I canât say for sure if it was necessary. Better safe than sorry.I use this chair as my main âeverythingâ chair in the living room, and itâs super comfortable, which was the most important factor for me. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Iâm a bigger guy, and this chair is perfect for my needs. Itâs an excellent value, comfortable and looks good in my home.

It exceeded my expectations
The chair is big and comfortable. I was concerned it would be too small but it is a decent size. Itâs swivel and rocking motions are very lose and fluid, which Iâm guessing some people wouldnât like but I like it. Just donât expect the massage feature to be strong. You definitely feel the vibration which I find it relaxing but not helpful enough to relieve sore muscles or anything. The hearing is surprisingly nice. The fabric feels really soft and nice. The reclining function works as I would have expected and itâs easy to get âstuckâ enjoying the chair a little too long due to its comfort. It looks great and I know I will be using as a reading chair in my room and suspect. My only concern is reading quickly turning into naps! Oh, and this has got to be the easiest assembly of any furniture Iâve ever put together. Pieces just slide and connect into place without the use of any tools. Itâs a pretty clever design. The chair feels sturdy and was truly better in every way than I expected it to be. I hope it lasts for a very long time!

Great recliner!
This is a great recliner especially based on its low cost. It is a lot larger than I imagined so if youâre tight on space I suggest checking. Although the listing doesnât say, this recliner has a manual recliner handle. Extra soft fabric and a lot of cushioning. My only issue is that itâs tough for me to lock the recliner with my calves to close. I have to get out and close with my hands. Hoping it gets easier as I use. Was easy to assemble as others have said. Massage is good and I especially appreciate the heat. I highly recommend.
