Nice quality fan for your bedroom or living room
We just moved into a new home a couple weeks ago, and decided to do the fans ourself – rather than pay the builder, or Home Depot.We found these fans on Amazon, and purchased two, to try out. One for the living room, and another for the master bedroom.Overall, we’re pleased with them. They look nice, and work well. The fan is quiet, and the light has (3) different brightness (warmth) colors to choose from. It’s operated with an included remote control, for extra laziness (laughs)One drawback, perhaps, is the fact that the Light is proprietary, and if/when it goes out – you can’t simply replace the bulb. We’ll have to change the entire fixture.But, crossing our fingers that will be a long time from now.We plan on purchasing more, to accent all the rooms.

Really Moves Air!
52″ ceiling fan with light and remote. Installation fairly easy, lighter weight than the old AC fan motors, instructions are clear, but the final step is to fit the controller and wiring into the ceiling canopy, which is tricky. Once complete, enjoy a great fan with many options. We found setting 1 to be quite adequate for circulation.Only lost a star because the light does not have brightness control, only has ‘color’; cool, med, warm. It is a bright light, in our 14 x 14 room with 9.4′ ceiling, light spreads to all sides. Well packaged, faster than promised shipment. We’re considering one or two more for different rooms. Excellent buy.

The remote and sensor issues
I had this fan installed in my son’s bedroom. However you have to have the remote right up on the fan to turn it on..which makes it hard to turn off. Trouble shooting says find the sensor in the manuel..nothing in the Manuel mentions a sensor. We’ve tried from every angle to use the remote and still if you don’t reach up to the fan, the remote won’t work. Which means if he is lying down he would have to get up stretch his arm to the fan to cut it on or off. Super annoying. Otherwise it looks cool, warm or natural light option and the fan is strong.

CHEAP PLASTIC
It says woodgrain and I did not expect every piece to be PLASTIC, including the fan blades. I have a similar fan in another room, and all of the parts are METAL and the blades are actually real wood. For this cheap price I did not expect “real” wood fan blades, but these blades are plastic. I have several ceiling fans that have the heavy particle board fan blades that “look” like wood and I thought this is what I was going to get for this price. I at least expected particle board that looks like woodgrain and a metal casing and this looks horrible. I missed the return window, but there is no way this junk is going up in my house. To the trash it goes.
