Kinda think I received the wrong product entirely. Everyone else’s has what looks like carvings on the side to showcase the whitewashing and mine is smooth. So smooth in-fact that any attempt at whitewashing just looks like dried out wood. I’ve also recieved what is clearly labeled as acacia wood and not the wood that was advertised. This isn’t something that I really cared about but it just adds to the WTF did I actually get. It’s also not flat so it wobbles a bit, I planned on adding small feet to it so this isn’t a huge deal but might be to someone else. Mostly disappointed that it doesn’t have the rustic looking edges that I was looking forward to, since that would look best with my Christmas tree decor.

The size is perfect for three flameless candles I bought. I put colored polished pebbles on the tray and it looks very elegant. I didn’t give it five stars as there are minor flaws on the tray, but regardless the pebbles cover it up.
