Poor service!!!
The ottoman was fine quality but it didnât go well with my decor- it was darker than I thought it would be. However, trying to return it was quite another story!! It said âfree returnsâ but UPS said it was too big for them to accept.(when it arrived it was condensed down to a smaller pkg then when you open it, it expands). So then they(UPS)said I could pay$ 28.75 for them to box and ship it! Again, my Amazon information said âno box, no label neededâ!! Then Amazon customer service said to pay the $ to ship and then ask for a refund on that also!! This all is ridiculous to expect all these hoops for a customer to jump through!! After talking to ANOTHER customer service rep, they said they would order a carrier pick up and I just needed to have it ready to go. Well, that was all fine and dandy until I got the message later that informed me that they deducted the shipping amount from MY refund!!!! I am not happy with the process for this!! In my opinion, itâs not worth the hassle to order this item-just incase it doesnât work out for you!!!! So much for âfree returnsâ!!!ð ð

Pouf Ottoman
I like the material and was very excited to use it. I waited 48 hrs for it to expand; when it didnât, I followed instructions to wait 7 days. Well, as you can see in the pic, it still has not filled out after 7 days.I am not returning it, but am very disappointed. I plan to use upholstery foam to fill it out and hope that works.

Great poof!
I ordered this to use as an ottoman for a chair of mine and itâs great!! We even use it a lot just to sit on as well. It was amazing to watch it expand!! Highly recommend!!

Sturdy and soft.
It did take a few days for it to fully expand, but I love it. It works great for under my work desk.

Not a fan of the shape
âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸The *Round Pouf Ottoman* is a nice addition to my space and is super comfortable as a footrest or extra seat! The light coffee color has a warm, cozy look that fits perfectly with my decor. However, Iâm not entirely crazy about the round shapeâitâs not quite what I envisioned, and I think a different shape might have suited my style better. That said, itâs well-made, sturdy, and versatile, so itâs definitely a solid choice overall. Perfect for adding a boho touch to any room!

Good, solid foot-rest. Soft and firm.
Very, very firm. Took a full 2 days to rise but looks pretty much as expected. Doesn’t feel like it’ll support being sat on, which is okay. Design is not as prominent as the images.

This product arrived, airpack tight and I wasnât sure how it was going to look. But once I let it sit for a little bit, this is what it looks like and is perfect for me to blow dry my hair in my little corner of my bedroom. Pretty sturdy And I recommend
