Amazing buy!
So far, so good. I love the soft cushion on top, and the clean finished look of it all. It keeps our shoes organized in the front entry, and it easily fits AT LEAST 6 pairs of adults’ shoes (or 8 pairs of children’s shoes). For the price, this was an AMAZING buy, and seems much better made than the last one we purchased for twice as much…and that was never as steady as this one, and fell apart in a year and a half. As others have said, the instructions are just a diagram really; but they weren’t hard at all to figure out. They include an Allen wrench, which you need; but I would also higher recommend an electric drill/screwdriver for screwing in the other screws where there are no holes drilled. Overall, I really do love it so far! It’s pretty much perfect.

Very sturdy
I really like this shoe bench I put it on the end of my sons bed it is very sturdy and I like the color I gave it four stars because the only thing I do not like is sometimes the shoes slide off besides that it holds about 8 pairs very convenient

The measurements were just right for a spot by my garage entryway. Good for flat style shoes and can kinda tuck Uggs under the bottom.

Loose screws
Two screws each for bottom rack are loose and can’t be screwed in. Also drill is required to screw the seat onto the stand. That’s not clear in the instructions.

Nice solid bench
Instructions a little hard to follow, but with only a few parts, it is not hard to figure out. Can be done by one person but would be easier with two: one to hold parts in place with bolts are being started. Looks great and seems solid now. I will edit review if needed after more use and problems arise.

Happy with the purchase
Received in 7 days after placing the order ( 1 day before the promised date). Price $27. Feels sturdy. Decent size and doesn’t take too much space. The packaging was also good. The instruction manual however was just one page, no step-wise instructions. Took some time in understanding the whole assembly process, but after that was done, it did look nice. Good enough for 6 pair of shoes, can squeeze in upto 8.

nice Quality but missing a little something
I like the bench, it was easy to put together. It looks stylish. The only thing I think is missing is having the little round hole plugs to cover up where you put together the legs with the screws. The screws are counter-sunk and it looks like they are missing the plugs even though they were not listed on the parts list. It would have been a nice finishing touch. Now I have to go find plugs to cover the holes because the screws are really bright looking and I would prefer to have it looked finished (not a big deal). Also, I’ve had this bench for about 2-weeks and i’ve probably sat on it 4 times but it appears that the fabric is already bunching in the center (see photo, there are three lines of folded fabric). I weigh about 120 and my spouse is about 140. For the price is does what I need it to do and it looks nice.

We love this little bench. The wood and metal rails are beautifully finished. We planned on recovering to match our decor, otherwise I’d say the foam on seat is of poor quality but at that price, I wonder how they can make enough of a profit. We are ordering a second for a friend.

Beautiful shoe bench! Was way nicer then I thought it would be. I tried putting it together on my own and because the instructions don’t clarify the order to do so, i had issues. Once I asked a friend to help, it was actually easy to do.

It is an elegant design, practical and fits well in a hallway or a walk-in. Howewer it could use another coat of paint and better quality control.It is a bit tricky to make all the rods align when assembling and need to be careful not to scratch the painted parts. Once assembled it is sturdy but not rock solid. The bolts will need periodic re-tightening, although two of the four cushion screw-holes were stripped fresh out of the box.

It arrived VERY late. Thought I wasent getting it anymore. it actually rocks and isn’t level so I had to put levelers under the feet to stop it from rocking. And it arrived dirty. I have ro while it down and clean thre little seat. its smaller then expected also.
