I’m absolutely in love with this furniture. It’s firm, classy, and much better than pictured. It came perfectly wrapped, and the delivery was easy.

I would have returned it.
I thought this would be a great purchase because this is made in the USA. Unfortunately I have to say that the quality and craftsmanship was way below my expectations. The wood used is not a sturdy strong wood. There is no support legs in the center of the couch to support the frame which that and the lack of a strong wood can cause the wood to crack and split in the center (which it has on ours). There was a tear in a cushion and a tear to the upholstery under the sofa. The legs you have to screw on and the problem with that is one or more of the legs may not be able to get lined up to its correct position once its screwed in to where its tight. So you then have to unscrew that leg to get it to line up so your left with a couple legs that are not as tight as they should be which can lead to more problems. Also this set is just not comfortable to sit on at all. As another review mentioned here the cushions are stiff. Also the design is not ergonomic and just very uncomfortable. Finally, I received no response from the company addressing my concerns. However because my wife liked the look of the set (even though i think its aweful) and Amazon took responsibility for some of the initial problems and im also somewhat skilled to fix some of these problems we decided to keep the set. Overall I do not feel its at all worth the price. Ive had much less expensive seating at greater quality.

A disappointing purchase
This furniture is much darker in color in actuality than it appears on the photo. Cushions are very hard making it uncomfortable to sit on. To top it all, it arrived with a hole in the back of the sofa due to poor packaging. Overall, a pretty disappointing purchase.

Shipping was horrible
The product itself is excellent. Exactly like the picture. Very firm some may not like that, but I do. The downside was the shipping company that was used. They delayed my delivery day three times and when they finally delivered, only one piece was delivered. They did deliver the other part the next day. I waited way too long and was tempted to cancel my order a few times. I’m glad I didn’t thought, I like my new set.

Great quality
It’s beautiful if the cushions were a little softer I would’ve rated it a 5 it goes perfect in the living room ! It’s also a little darker in person

Product was damaged during shipping
The product is nice and looks to be good quality. But after unpacking the sofa and love seat I noticed 2 rips in the sofa and a small pillow is missing from the love seatAmazon did offer a discount for the damage. Which was way better dealing with sending them back. I am happy with my purchase

Beautiful set, but poor quality.
I ordered the sofa, loveseat, and matching chaise. All items were delivered with damage. We returned the whole set.
