Broken parts and LOTS taped up hardware…
Very aggravating to have a broken part and scuffs. Hardware is taped in a package requiring you to destroy to get everything out, and it has you playing a guessing game after. Absolutely unhappy with it and if I hadn’t already assembled it, I’d request a refund.

Great for the price
I absolutely love this coffee table. The box was extremely heavy so props to the fed ex guy who carried up the stairs with no help. Me and a friend put this together and it was pretty easy and took us about 2 hours. Putting the bars in for the drawer was a pain but it got done. It looks great. It’s not super heavy but has some weight to it. It’s easy to move if needed. It’s definitely great for the price.

It was almost a 5
The instructions are written in weird spacing, lettering, and spelling. But the bulk of it was illustration which I managed to get through. The table came with nice materials. It’s smooth. Was not damaged. As you build it, you become aware of how heavy the table actually is. Just keep that in mind. The trouble lies when I reached step 21 and 23.For step 21, the mechanics of the sliding door are not exact. On my door the pre-hold drills did not match exactly to the rolling rods that you need to screw together. I needed to slightly lift the door so that the holes can match. But by lifting the door and matching the holes to screw together. The door now doesn’t sit correctly on the bottom screw that’s supposed to hold it in place. So the door pops off easily.In the last step of 23 it shows to screw on these brackets but it doesn’t make sense when you actually try doing it. So I left the brackets off which didn’t seem to change the table at all.But overall the table looks nice. It feels nice. It’s a very decent size to play board games on or to have a nice centerpiece on it.I am just upset I couldn’t get the door to fit correctly because now it can just fall off.

Not the greatest coffee table, but it works
I had several parts that were defective. I had to get Amazon to assist in contacting the seller because the seller didn’t answer their help line or emails to their website. After Amazon’s assist, the company was really good about sending replacement parts. I have put together several furniture kits over the last 15 years. This kit was really a pain.The instructions are really just plan drawings and not very specific. The instructions do tell you which screw to put where, but that’s all. The instructions do not tell you which side to point up and which side to point down, so you do have to have some experience reading plan drawings.The table is made of lightly compressed chipboard, so be careful putting it together. The table does not really tolerate taking it apart and starting over. I had to take it apart to put in a replacement side piece and I had to be very careful because the chipboard is not forgiving. The table is about medium in sturdiness once completely together.It wasn’t that expensive, so I’m fine with the issues. But I did want to leave a review so others would know the issues I had.

Great buy!
It took me about 2 1/2 hours to build but the instructions were so easy to follow. I love how it looks!
