Thought I would try this as my windows have had small holes from the cats and I was not ready to spend money for whole new screens. The kit was easy to use, and everything you need is in the box.My old screens were metal so removing them created a lot of dust. The screen in this kit is a softer, almost plastic feel, so easier to work with and stretch with ease. Super durable so I didnât worry about it pulling apart.If possible, do this outside! The debris from pulling out the old screen was intense and clean up wouldâve been easier outside; give yourself some spaceThis was a great DIY kit, as someone with no experience I was able to rescreen two windows in about an hour. Definitely would purchase again.My windows look new again just from this simple fix.

Good Screen; Small Spline
The screen material is good and the tools made the project easy. The only problem was that the spline is a small diameter and didn’t hold the screen in place. I had to use the old spline to hold the screen in place.

It saves a lot of money
The kit has all necessary parts to repair two windows and it’s easy enough to do the job yourself.

This is a great kit!
This is my 1st time buying this kit. I really like that everything’s included. I was able to change the screen within 15 minutes. The tools are good quality and there’s plenty of screen and spline. I recommend this kit.

Worked ok, but could be better
Overall, the set had everything I needed. However, the screen material (supposedly fiberglass) is not very durable. It torn in several places when inserting the vinyl into the channel to secure the screen. Either that, or the rolling tool is too sharp and actual cuts the screen. I was able to adjust my technique to work ok, but I’m not sure if they will last unfortunately.

I canât speak highly enough about this terrific product. Excellent grade quality, professional install tools, and the sharp hook tool even came in a quadruple thick little plastic bag so it would not damage the screen in shipping. Now THAT is attention to detail! There was even a cute little âThank Youâ sticker as a box closure. Total job took 10 minutes, a box cutter blade to cut the screen, and just a little patience to look like a factory installation! Kudos to this Seller, you did everything right!
