Does Mfg warranty exist?
As to title, I don’t think so, never heard from anyone from anywhere via email.Update; July 2024Overall not bad with some quirks mentioned in my reviews below. They have worked pretty good so far. Cats light them up. Tree limbs flopping also light them up. Headlights also. Angle matters. I’ll bump to 3 stars for now and continue to test life and operation.amd revisit review.Update: February 2024I can’t even get them to turn on for manual control.3 were stuck on during the day today.Turned them off to test tonight and find none of those 3 turn on at all with a quick switch flip. One flickered this evening too and may have just failed. TBD.Will test further but am starting to think 3 may have failed simultaneously.I have 8 of these things.Am guessing I have to bite the bullet and buy more expensive WiFi bulbs or something different. Operation today and tonight is very disappointing.One Star until they work again. I see no warranty or company response, so I guess I eat the cost. ðOctober 2nd, 2023 update.They all still work, some are still in the box. Have never heard from the Chinese or their USA sales via Amazon.I’ll report back sometime on longevity in usage.September 14th, 2023,All still working good. Hope they keep working a few years anyhow. Light use, motion only.August 19th, 2023 Couple to several weeks in now. Bugs and things do fire them on occasionally, no biggie, still working. 3 or 4 were on at 2AM but went back off. Insects I think… Cameras showed no perps.Update August 9, 2023 they work well with motion. Trees and headlights will set them off, still testing. Now longevity. I’ll be back.Update August 2nd, 2023: I’ve bought 8 Sengled motion floods recently, was very reluctant considering the warranty comments from others.If they fail within warranty and no response within a few days, I’ll be filing fraud claims with Amazon, FTC and my Attorney General. I’m like dog with a bone.If the bulbs last 3 years or 15,000 hours, I mean on motion detection only which is how they’ll be used, 3 years will come sooner and as to 15,000 hours, then they should be working in 10+ years considering the motion they will receive. A few of my old GE regular floods were installed when built in 1980 and still 2 or 3 work. So that’s the frequency of our usage.I checked their BBB rating online and from all indications, overall and any products, F Rated, BBB unable to reach this company to settle complaints. Not BBB accredited, unanswered complaints. Etc. 1.5 BBB user review on warranty responses.Original review, shortly after purchasing a week or so ago!Revised to tree limbs I think, angle changed, did set 2 of them off several times one night I think. Changed angle after one night and it appears they’re staying off now, unless I walk by them at dusk to test. 3 times now. TBDWill report if bugs cause it also. So far, no. Bright 2000 lumens flashlight did not light one up. Still testing that. I bought a 4 pack and two 2 packs. Like them too. So far…I also posted several questions to users and in reading negative reviews, several folks got no response from the Sengled support help desk, some for weeks to months and mostly never to satisfaction.Just to test I also emailed support with questions. Crickets other than the bot email asking for more info and then no response to reply. Only asked a question about warranty and how they last etc…I’m afraid that’s rather shoddy and shady way to do business. Speaks well to the country of origin.I’ll continue testing, rated 4, for so far, so some people might actually see the review and be cautious and thoughtful in purchasing.I’ll be back to edit as necessary if company, or support and warranty changes and actually seems to exist.Shame too, with just a little effort to customer service and warranty, and if they last as advertised, they’d have a product to be proud of.To be determined at a later date, but felt compelled to report what I found so far. Buy at your own risk of lost $ until or if this company responds as they should or disappears from Amazon. If I’m wrong, I’ll be back and write a glorious review, you can be sure, or if I’m right, well you can read above.

I bought this light in 2020, and it has been 4 years now. The sensor is very sensitive and the quality is very good. I like it very much!

Works as advertised. Added security to the back yard. Nice and bright, turns off after 45 seconds or so. A good simple solution.

Very impressed
I purchased these for my mother-in-lawâs home as she lived out in a rural area and she wanted additional security lighting around her house. She didnât want to pay high electric bills with a light being constantly on throughout the night so this was the fix. Motion light that comes on with motion and then goes back off when the motion stops. After she passed away, I removed these from outside her home and put them in mine and they are awesome! I feel good that they did the job for her and continue to work for us. Very sensitive motion detector. I like how the light will come on if a car drives down the road And that happens quickly or if my dog walks around the yard at night, it will come on and I know where heâs at.

These are surprisingly nice for the price
We use these on our front porch and they have come in handy quite a few times already – most recently the lights turned on and I looked out to see a random scared dog sitting at my door because of New Yearâs Eve fireworks (scared dogs just come to my house for some reason) – these light detected the dog when the Ring cameras did not.

Just what I needed to put in an in a plant pot on my deck
Great specialized motion sensor flood lamp that turns a constant on flood into a scare off flood light to serve trespassing needs. Had the in ground flood stake to light up specimen tree. Now it can light up while aimed at trespassers paths. Great value to get for any exterior flood lamp socket. Easy to install, as it’s the same flood lamp socket size. Do not know yet about it’s durability = holding up to seasonal and environmental elements. It’s a total compatible to normal flood lamps. Perfect product that isn’t in home box stores. Happy to have found it.
