SartÃ©n robusto y fÃ¡cil de montar. En la caja te ponen un destornillador para enganchar el mango, lo cual se agradece. Los materiales se ve que son resistentes y de calidad.En mi caso lo uso con cocina a inducciÃ³n y hay que tener cuidado de no poner el calentador a la mÃ¡xima potencia para evitar que se estropee.Es sartÃ©n cumple con su funciÃ³n, lo uso para pancakes, tostar el pan y crepes. Vale la pena.

Great quality and just as described
I have been using these pan for a long time and loved making crepes, it really doesn’t stick all you need to do if flip it over on a plate and the crepe will fall. Cooks pretty fast too!

Fantastic cookware. Cooks great.
This pan looks very well thought of in the design stage. Light weight pan with aluminum bottom plate and stone cooking surface . Comes with an adequate screw driver for the handle. Simple one step to install the handle along with a nice installation handbook. Overall I like the appearance of this 10â pan. Bought this for tortilla and omelet type of foods. Looks adequate for the job.8 Aug. Used to make a large sour dough grilled cheese sandwich. Came out fantastic. The bread fit edge to edge on the pan and browned the bread evenly, it was perfect and fast. My favorite pan.17 Oct 24Absolutely the best pan ever. Evenly heats, light weight, cooks fantastic and very easy to clean. Just wipe off with paper towel, wait a few minutes to slightly cool and wash. I wish I had this pan growing up. The best ever.

I highly recommend. This pancake griddle does exactly as described. We made pancakes the 1st day, they turned out perfect. FIRST, coat pan with oil then PREHEAT the pan on the stove as directed on LOW HEAT then gradually to MEDIUM HEAT ONLY FOR ABOUT 10 -15 MINUTES. Then LIGHTLY SPRAY with PAM before pouring pancake mix onto griddle. You can NOW TURN UP HEAT to cook.DO NOT wait to see mix bubble as do on other pans, check mix UNDERSIDE BEFORE Flipping. Also great for bacon, sausages, sandwiches. Our grilled cheese &onion sandwiches turned out perfect.

Se que se tienen que curar antes de usarlo para que no se pegue nada. Lo hice varias veces la primera vez previo a usarlo, aun asi se le pegaba todo. Lo limpio con bicarbonato cada que eso pasa y lo vuelvo a curar pero nunca funciona. Esta lindo pero comprare otro de marmol esta vez.

About review about a pan
I absolutely love this pan! Itâs non-stick, so cooking and cleanup are a breeze. The heat distribution is even, and it doesnât hot-spot like some cheaper pans. I am shocked
I bought this 10″ crepe pan due to the good reviews. When it arrived I was disappointed because the surface was rough and I did not think that the crepes would release properly. I was wrong. First the directions say to lightly butter the pan for each crepe, which I did. So if yours doesn’t release, maybe that is why.I have suffered trying to make crepes with a nonstick skillet before and it was a little stressful. With this crepe pan, I had a perfect crepe every time. I never use the wooden spreader. I lightly butter the medium heat surface, pick up the pan and put 1/2 C batter at the 6:00 position, close to the handle and then QUICKLY rotate my wrist, tilting the pan to coat the entire surface with batter. Then I set the pan back on the heat. When the crepe is dry on top and lightly brown on the bottom, I flip the crepe with a large, safe spatula. Let it sit to get brown dots in that under side. While it is doing that, I fill the crepe and then roll it up in the pan into the serving plate. It’s the easiest crepe making I have ever done and released with ease every time. The 10″ makes quite large crepes. You may want a smaller pan if you are serving 2 crepes per person. The wooden handle is pretty and was great for a stay-cool handling situation. It’s solid, weighty but not heavy, and I don’t think there will be any future issues with rust or nonstick coating. I like the white surface. It looks clean and beautiful. I wouldn’t spring for the spreader. It brilliantly comes with a full size Phillips Head screwdriver to put the handle on. Easy peasy. And now, it’s on sale! I wish I had got the deal.
