A pan that BIG ENOUGH for me!
I love this pan… for sauteing, frying… searing, whatever. Low simmering if you like. Good all-around pan with generous volume. Steep sides and enough depth to discourage things from hopping out no matter how vigorously one stirs with spatula or shakes the pan about. large enough diameter to use a big burner… but does not overwhelm a standard home cook-top (the way a 12″ pan would). Nice cover. Thick enough bottom to ensure even heating… it’s quickly becoming my favorite.

Attractive and Functional
I bought the 11 inch, white ceramic pan. It is a very attractive pan and it is very functional. There are a couple things to improve it.The size and high sides make it perfect for browning a pound of ground meat. It is non-stick and easy to clean. I wash by hand and do not use metal or abrasive utensils with it, so I have not had any problems with scratches or chips. The weight is manageable.Something to improve on this pan is the pour spout. It is only on one side. Ideally, there would be a spout on both sides. I like to hold the pan in my left hand while scraping or stirring with utensils in my right hand. For this, the spout is on the wrong side.Also to improve are the seams. The pan itself is easy to clean. But the handle and lid have seams that allow food or wash water to get inside.Something that is a little strange is when I first put it on the stove (I have a gas stove), the pan makes loud popping sounds. Is this moisture under the steel plate on the bottom? It does not affect the functionality of the pan. It just startled me the first few times I used it.Overall, this is a good pan. I would buy it again!

This is the best frying pan I’ve ever used.It has a nice, sturdy, flat bottom; eggs don’t all slide to the edges because the bottom is heat-warped.I cooked eggs, and they slid right out.Cleaned with warm water and a sponge.
