This electric throw is pure heaven!!
Oh my goodness, this is the softest throw! It feels like a little baby bunny. Yes, itâs light as previous reviewers have stated, but it doesnât need to be heavy to be warm. I havenât had it any warmer than the level 3, and itâs plenty warm enough for me. Itâs been really cold here in Florida, and Iâm always cold anyways, so this is perfection. I donât know why I waited so long to buy one. I wasnât sure about the shaggy part, I was afraid it would shed all over the place, but it doesnât. I purchased the blush color, and itâs the perfect shade of pink. I love this, I read a lot of reviews on all heated blankets and throws, and this one seemed to be one of the best. You will not be disappointed if you decide to purchase one. This would make a beautiful gift for someone.

Best gift ever!
I bought this for my Mom for Christmas 2 years ago. She absolutely loves it and uses it all winter in upstate NY. She constantly tells me how much she loves it, how soft and warm it is, and what a perfect gift it was!! Great value, too! Beautiful color.

Soft and Wonderful
I love having heated blankets, especially when they’re soft and beautiful like this one! I have found that having an electric blanket is a must when you have osteoarthritis… Or any other kind of muscle or bone issue that causes you pain. Especially in the winter time when I feel particularly weak these are most comforting. I like the multiple settings and the softness is quite wonderful. I bought a couple of plush electric blankets from Costco and they didn’t last very long I’m hoping this one will last longer. I don’t recommend laying on top of them like I was doing with my other ones. Because that will cause them to burn out faster. I tend to do that because my pain is on my lower back, and I find it difficult to get the warmth on these areas without sitting or laying down on my blanket.

On Off
The On OFF Heat controller is not well designed. If itâs on a number 1-5 , you have to click to the last number to turn heat off. The controller can easily inadvertently be turned on by bumping it when taking it off of yourself. It is soft and comfortable.

If you want heat, this is your blanket
I’ve went through several heated blankets over the years and all have worked from horrible to decent. This Serta blanket is BY FAR the best heated blanket I have ever used. It’s not even in the same world as the dozen heated blankets I’ve used in the past.The previous heated blanket that had a high review rating had an “ok” heat on the maximum of level 5. This Serta blanket exceeds the temperature of that level 5 blanket on this Serta’s blanket level 2. Mind you, this Serta blanket has 5 levels as well. Now, I don’t mean this to be detrimental to the Serta blanket but if you would like to cooked, level 5 on the Serta will do so. I absolutely love it but man it’s BY FAR the hottest heated blanket on level 5. And there isn’t a close 2nd place.I love heat and am no stranger to very hot heated blankets. This Serta puts me in my place at level 5. Heck, it puts me in my place at level 4 or 5. Level 3 is the most I can handle so Level 2 is where I usually leave the temperature setting and it is still warmer than the max Level 5 of my previous highly rated heated blanket.In other words, if you like heat and are worried this blanket might not give you the high heat you’re looking for, look NO further. I can’t take Level 4 or 5 but can slightly handle Level 3 and am most comfortable at Level 2 (which is still on the high end of “warm”). I love this blanket and will always look to Serta for heated blankets from now on.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
I purchased this throw last year and used it twice and then I packed it up and stored it during the summer. This winter I unpacked it and it did not workâa high price for 2 uses. Very soft and I loved it when I received it.9/29/24Here is an update on this heated throw…I notified the company about the failure of the product and they were wonderful and sent me a replacement. Well, I used it twice and again packed it up for storage during the summer. It has gotten cold and I unpacked the throw, plugged it in, and waited for the warmth, well, guess what, it doesn’t work! The temperature dial numbered from 1-5 just kept blinking on the number 5 I could not change the setting by pressing on the indicated dial pad. No heat whatsoever. Once again a faulty product. This item obviously has a manufacturing problem, don’t waste your money. It is a lovely throw, but unfortunately, it does not work as promised.
