Sturdy, wipe clean
I bought this for my lobby at work as we have a lot of elderly clients that make buying a fabric couch a bad idea. It’s waaaay more comfortable than I imagined. Some assembly was required but I did it alone and it took maybe 20 minutes. Very sturdy. Great deal for the price.

uncomfortable
navy blue was perfect color, it’s a very nice quality couch however it’s not comfortable for lounging. it’s a nice sitting couch in the sense that it would be nice in an office or waiting area but not for watching TV and cuddling your dog which is what I got it for in my bedroom. the size was ok smaller than I’d like as far as back height and seat depth. price and quality good but comfort not there. I am returning and the process seems really easy expecting pick up today.update: they accepted my return and only charged $7 and amazon picked it up! very convenient return. couch was mint and I packed it as neatly as possible.

THE WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Buyer beware! I read many of the reviews and still thought I’d give this loveseat a try. Worst purchase decision in a very long time. The seat cushions are like rocks. The back cushions have these bulky pillows you have to fit into sleeves that are way to small for the pillows. This causes a lot of lumps you can see and unfortunately feel. I gave the back cushions time to mellow out as suggested, and they are still lumpy. I tried to return it to Amazon, but of course threw away the original box so they wouldn’t accept it back. I reach out to Serta. They said they couldn’t help and to go back to the retailer. I’m trying to find cushions to replace the backs, but haven’t found anything to fit yet. If you are daring enough to buy this loveseat, keep the original box so you can return it after your disappointment sets in. THE WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Easy assembly
Required assembly, but relatively easy to put together. This sofa is being used in an office, it fits the space great and is very comfortable.

Try something else
Super uncomfortable. The back cushions slouch giving you even less seating room. The faux leather is super vinyl like, scratches and tears easy. I do not recommend this couch.
