Great chairs! Not difficult to assemble.
These chairs are comfortable and my husband got 4 put together in an afternoon. Much easier than some of our other assembly products. Hope they weather well.

Deception and Manipulation Do not purchase !!!!
The Serwall representative in writing admitted to a safety problem regarding the weakness and safety problem with the chairs. They admitted to defect!! They wanted me to replace 18 seat slats with a thicker version. First off if I did this and someone was injured I may be now a negligent party in the case someone fell thru the chair because I have altered it!! Also the correct approach would be to send the consumer a redesign, safe seat assembly!! I tried to go through the A to Z guarantee with Amazon and they tell me in emails after service reps say I have a claim for defective merchandise for a full refund that I am not eligible because the product is described as advertised. Itâs obviously not described with inherent safety issues. So why use Amazon?? Good question!! I also described the table has a weakness, it wobbles!! Neither the table nor the chairs are structurally sound, I owned a furniture store for years and would never after experiencing a product like this carry it in my store!! I have shown a video of the table weakness and would have shown another video of the chairs but the product review only allows one video to be shown. Also the top chair slats clearly visible are not solid white but have brown, black and grey spots in them. Not aesthetically pleasing especially being on the top!! I will be giving this away to someone informing them of the issues , if not give it to Goodwill. Will look for a structurally sound set made in the USA and never buy a big purchase item on Amazon again!! They absolutely are not behind the customers at all!! Simply a total waste of time and a lot of lip service!! Goodbye to prime membership also!! What a terrible way to back your customers!! Also the Serwall company believes your their employee by asking you to do all this work for them, after starting the assembly process with the first two chairs and notifying them they continue to ask that the entire set be assembled !! Right there and then I should have known thereâs going to be a problem. Then they just kept on asking for more photos, you can only send them so many!! They if honorable would have a company representative to look at your defective product. Fix the problems before taking advantage of the consumers the have absolutely zero ability to protect themselves from these foreign companies because certainly Amazon absolutely doesnât care about the consumer!! Do not purchase any big ticket items on this site!! You Will certainly regret it!! Another thing they offer us a $50 discount for the defective problems they knew about before our purchase and sending it to us! You will be dealing with nothing but deception and manipulation!! Donât make the same mistake! Youâll regret loosing close to a $1000 dollars!!! Buyer Beware!!!

Sound Product!
I put this table set together only weeks before a tropical storm flooded our property, and washed the furniture into a pile under our house! I pulled each piece off of the pile, and to my surprise, no damage, not a scratch!Pros:- Great instructions- Easy Assembly*Note: use power drill (and best if you use one with torque control, not to over tighten the screws)- Nice finish and color- Very sturdy build and materialThis will be my go to outdoor furniture supplier moving forward (which I already purchased their rocking chairs; which are comfortable and fit the above mentioned Pros)

Chairs came fast, table took almost a month
Iâm still inside of the delivery window for the table but the chairs came in 2-3 days. I just put one together. Start to finish the chair took me 30 minutes to put together using the instructions from unboxing to sitting in the chair. It wasnât difficult to put together, they do provide the âtoolsâ needed to assemble but I have my own tools and it definitely helped cut time down. If you have some tools Iâd suggest either an electric ratchet or a drill with a 4mm Allen bit (or cut the angle off the one they give you to stick into the chuck on your drill) and a 10mm open end wrench or socket. Those are the only 2 tools I used, other than a box cutter to cut the tape.At first impression I like the color of the gray chair. Itâs not too dark at all. As far as people complaining about the seating position I donât have that complain, the chair is relatively comfortable for myself (5â-8â 250lbs). If I could complain about anything it would be that it would be nicer if the chairs were a little wider. As a bigger person you may feel cramped as you may not be able to spread you legs too wide. To combat this you could get a pillow to build up your back area to bring you out of the seat more and allow for more thigh width.Granted I put this together on a relatively chilly day in March so once the summer hits we will see if itâs any better.I love the material itâs made out of, should be easy to clean with a hose or pressure washer.4/17/24 update:I wasnât sure if I was going to get the table as it did not show up during the original shipping time frame. I was in contact with customer service multiple times and it did seem like I was getting a bit of a run around. I finally got the table, maybe took just under a month to get.The table took me about 20 mins to assemble as you just have to put the legs on it. So itâs a total of 12 bolts/screws. The table seems sturdy and I noticed someone asked if you can fit the chairs all the way under the table. They do go under the table, however, the 2 end chairs will not because of the cross bar on the legs and if you are using an umbrella with a base, the chairs will not full go under the table as it will hit the base.The table is not the exact same color gray as the chairs, I donât know if that has to do with the the fact that the material may have been from two different batches or what but the table is about a shade or 2 lighter than the chairs. But not a deal breaker.

very sturdy – drove over the box with my car
The table is very sturdy. I accidentally drove over one box with my car and it didn’t hurt it at all. I love the teal color. It does have a lot of pieces to assemble, but no problem. My boyfriend assembled it. Took him probably 3 hours to do the whole thing. I love it.

Super sturdy and easy to assemble
This set is an awesome value. Very sturdy and I can tell it will weather the elements well. I assembled it in about 2 hours by myself with no frustration. It’s really nice looking as well.

Sturdy, high end looking table
I absolutely adore my table; this table looks more expensive than it was and is very sturdy. This table I have searched everywhere, and they go for thousands of dollars, this table looks just as good as those tables. I love the way this table looks in my patio and its big enough to sit my family. I added an orange center umbrella to add a touch of color.
