Great buy
I have had two sharp microwave ovens in the last 30 years, why? Because that is how long they last! For me this brand has always been trustworthy. After scanning the directions, ( how to turn off the child lock, and set the clock) everything worked perfectly the first time and buttons and directions were easy to understand. I love this brand of microwave because of the rotating carousel, you never have to stop and rotate the contents. What I donât like as much is that the older models were white on the inside, and seemed much brighter and visible due to the interior color. This model has a dark gray interior which makes the light appear much darker, and any messes harder to see. All in all this is a dependable brand at a great price and I would definitely buy it again.

Sharp Looks and works beautiful.
Looks great… So nice clean an sharp with the LED lights inside and out. Love the dark interior. Works just great. I replace my old Sharp Carousel, with the new model because it lasted 10 plus years! I only just received it today, set it up and used it. Love it.Update: Still love it. Oh the functions on this are amazing. Auto sensor is awesome. It actually knows when your food is ready. The 30 second start button has been a wonderful function and used more than I thought. Easy to figure out how to use the buttons. So please with the upgrades, the bright inside LED light and dark gray interior. I paid less for this one than the old one I replaced 10 years ago. I thought I would not like the pull open door but I am getting used to it. (I had a push button door) If yours is dying I so recommend this model. Sharp is the best!Update: 7/31/19- Still great. Easy to clean and still looks and operates like brand new.

“Silent” mode doesn’t work completely!
Manual states MV has a silent feature including the 5 loud beeps when done cooking. Not true. Sharp replaced MV with a new one that still fails to silence the 5 loud beeps. Sharp needs to remove from their manual that this product has a complete silent mode…when it doesn’t.

Great Purchase
I always buy Sharp they’re the most reliable microwaves. They last for years and years and they’re quiet. I bought the stainless steel and it’s very pretty. I love the size of the microwave and that it has a dark gray interior instead of white. This one is very powerful at 1100 watts and has an inverter which heats the food evenly with no burnt edges or popping. I love how the control panel is easy to use. I think this purchase makes me think I got a lot of value for the money during a time of high inflation. There are some negative reviews which I guess I don’t really understand…
