Defective
This product came with a defective part. The last step in putting this bench together involves putting the parts for the drawer together. The front of the drawer (the part that was pull) was assembled by the manufacturer incorrectly. As shown in the photo, the front of the drawer has two blocks attached by the manufacturer. This is the part that you screw into to attach it to the rest of the drawer. There is also a groove, where the bottom of the drawer fits in. The right block is entirely blocking the groove, so the bottom of the drawer canât go where it needs to. Because of this one issue the entire drawer is unable to put together. I tried to detach the block so I can move it below the groove (hence the missing screw), but itâs also glued to the part. Thereâs nothing I can do to remove the block so that it can be placed correctly in order to proceed putting the drawer together. I contacted Amazon, but they want me to take apart the entire bench and send it back in order to get a refund. There is no spare part available either. 0 stars, really disappointed

Damaged.. right out the box
Fits perfect in my entryway. Small and sturdy. The only problem I have is that I was sent damaged goods.

Good bench
I bought this bench for the entrance of my home to keep shoes and for people to sit and wear their shoes. Itâs the perfect for the entrance since it doesnât take up too much space. I can store quite a bit of shoes and there is a big enough space for a box which has gloves and hats for the winter time! It was easy to assemble and pretty light-weight. Itâs a nice neutral wood finish so matches most floors and living room areas!

Pretty good!
Fairly easy put together. Instructions were mildly lacking in detail as the words were pretty much nonexistent. So definitely could have used better instructions. However, it was not terribly difficult together. And did come out pretty good and very comparable to the pictures. I will say the seating bench the cushion is pretty thin and itâs not very comfortable to sit on for very long. But it is fairly attractive and performs as it is designed to do.

Perfect Shoe Storage Solution for Small apartments

Looks nice. Very cheap feeling
The first thing I noticed about this once I unpacked it is that the “wood” feels a lot more like plastic than wood, but I love the design and the size is just nearly perfect for the area by my door.The wall this is against is ~29″ and I wanted to find something that would fit there that has a seat, can store a good number of shoes, and fits the MCM theme I’m trying to use.I saw this same design under a few different brand names on a few different sites advertising as 29.6″ instead of the 31″ that’s advertised on Amazon. I decided to buy on Amazon because I trust I can return it easily here and I don’t know the other sites as well.The one I got here has a total width of 31″ that’s from the drawer side so the way to the furthest part of the rack. From end to end ignoring the rack is about 29.6″.The bench feels very study of you sit in the middle. I sat to one side and thought I heard a creak so I wouldn’t want to test it, but I’m sure it can handle it.The cushion isn’t as soft as I expected but it’s still nice enough to sit on for a minute to put on your shoes. The rack is wide enough to hold a regular sized umbrella and could probably hold a few books if you wanted. I’m not going to use the drawer as I would rather not have the rack against the wall, but it is relatively smooth to open and close and has more space than I expected. I’m keeping the manual and spare parts in there.Building this was very easy and straight forward. When installing the bottom shelf, which is the first step, I recommend using the cushion to prop up the shelf if you’re working alone. It’s the perfect height.I do wish it was slightly shorter or that the rack on the side was optional so it might fit better in my small space, but I like the design and functionally enough that I can get over the bit of overhang.Even though the materials feel cheap, this is a great looking shoe rack and has great function with lots of storage for shoes and other items while fitting in a small space

Good value
Less than 30 mins to assemble with a power drill. Looks good, works well. Middle shelf wobbles slightly but just has to hold shoes. Benchtop pad just sits on the frame, not attached, but seems stable enough.
