These were recommended to us by a chef who happens to be a good friend. We could not be happier. They are beautiful, light weight, and strong not to mention they make cutting sooo easy. From a household that loves cooks often these knives have saved the day! My wife and I love these knives I vouch 100% for these! They are on the expensive side but if you take care of them they will take care of you, well worth the money!

Rusting and chipping in less than a year
These knifes are chipping and rusting in under 1 year since Iâve purchased in 2020. Practically ALL of them, not just one knife but all. They are so fragile and quality for the amount almost $1,000 is absolutely not worth it. The logo on the knifes also washed away rather quickly. Iâm afraid their warranty is not going to cover. Stay away. Purchase more durable and better quality knifes.

Great knives. Work well. I never thought a Japanese bread knife could be so much better than a regular bread knife. Be careful – you can cut yourself badly with little effort.
