These were recommended to us by a chef who happens to be a good friend. We could not be happier. They are beautiful, light weight, and strong not to mention they make cutting sooo easy. These knifes are chipping and rusting in under 1 year since I’ve purchased in 2020. Practically ALL of them, not just one knife but all. They are so fragile and quality for the amount almost $1,000 is absolutely not worth it. The logo on the knifes also washed away rather quickly. I’m afraid their warranty is not going to cover. Stay away. Purchase more durable and better quality knifes.
