I was really excited for this couch, but upon arrival it was damaged. The quality of the material is terrible, it has 5 discrepancies in it as soon as I unwrapped. It was delivered from a 3rd party in a box truck and wrapped in plastic/ with thin cardboard covering the edges. Before removing, I noticed black scuff marks and a hole in the leather. Then after removing the plastic I noticed 4 areas where the leather was already ripping and coming apart.
