I Love this couch!
I went to the Ashley Store in Jacksonville, Florida and the salesman was manipulative, pushy, and rude. I fell in love with this couch but his attitude chased me away. It ended up working out because ordering it on Amazon was a great experience! (even though it was slightly more expensive and I don’t usually order furniture online after viewing it in the store) I received the couch 2 weeks before what the Ashley Store quoted and the Amazon delivery people were very nice.

Less expensive than at the store.
Decent sofa for the price. Less expensive on Amazon than in the store but delivery was confusing and painful. If Amazon could iron that piece out they could seize the market in furniture sales. One improvement recommended would be velcro in the cushions. They like to slip and slide. Has good scratch resistance.

It swallows up anything that has fallen under the cushion
The seat cushions slide forward every time you sit up or get up. The biggest reason I hate my new couches is that when you sit down the bottom under the cushions flex which causes an opening between the back cushions… it’s like a mouth that opens and anything that has fallen behind the seat cushions will be swallowed up into an area under the couch that is a zippered mesh. To retrieve or to even see if a missing item is in there you have to tilt the couch over and unzip the mesh to look. In the photo’s below I am just barely pushing on the bottom, and the gap opens a little, imagine how big it opens when sitting. Also, the leather is stiff and the stitching in the middle on top of the cushions is rough and irritating.
