Nice table but recâd wrong assembly instructions
Great table but came with assembly instructions for a chair. However, it was easy to attach legs after we figured it out. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it has holding straps on underside for shipping and staples were too imbedded to remove so we had to cut the straps to assemble.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. EXCELLENT QUALITY..
I have an island and nice comfy stools. But I am having difficulty getting on the stools and am tired of sitting at the island to eat.. I wanted a table /chairs, but not much space. I spent weeks looking on line at many sites. Much of that time was on Amazon, which has a huge selection.
This table with 2 matching chairs in the grey color is what I finally decided on.. a great choice!! First the description was precise with exact measurements ( so important because of my space limitation). The pieces were very well protected in the shipping boxes⦠no damage to the boxes or furniture.
Everything was included to assemble the table, which was managed by one female ( not me) in 45min. The quality of the table is outstanding, The drop leaf feature is perfect for my space. The leaves are a snug fit with no gaps. There is no wobble to the table. The gray color is beautiful. RECOMMEND THIS SET.

Much better then i had even hoped for! Needed a smaller table and had looked for the right one for a long time. So easy to assemble and for the price extremely sturdy and heavy duty. Love, love, love the drop leaves on it.
My only complaint is that it sits slightly taller then the average table. Already had chairs i wanted to use and even at 5’8″ the table was still a little high. Easily remedied the situation by adding cute chair cushions.
If you have a small space but want to accommodate guests occasionally this is a perfect table for you! So glad i purchased this table.

Good size and flexibility for an apartment
This is a very nice table. I was unable to find one at an Ashley store prior to purchase, so I ended up getting it from Amazon, in part due to the ease of returns. It turns out there was no need for this as the table is quite perfect for an apartment. Having the ability to drop the ends, leaving a smaller rectangular table is definitely a plus. Assembly was easy. Just attach the four legs. The table did sustain a tiny knick out of the edge during shipment. Its a bummer, but nothing I would bother going through the hassle of trying to exchange it for. Overall I am very happy with this table. I just don’t understand why the table and chairs combo isn’t available on Amazon.

Unpacking was the toughest thing.
This could have been so easy. The only assembly was putting in the bolts holding the legs. That took only five minutes. However, getting to that point took a half-hour struggle to remove thick staples holding the legs to the underside of the table. It was the dumbest packing method I ever saw. About fifteen staples total, each had to be extracted by pounding a tiny screwdriver under it until it was bent up enough to grip with pliers. I’d never seen anything like it.
Now that it is in place, it was exactly what I wanted for an eat-in kitchen. It’s a tiny bit wobbly, but a piece of stick-on felt will take care of that. At that price point, I wouldn’t expect anything else. But the unpacking…sheesh. I can’t give it any more than three stars because of that.

Not being good at ‘building’ stuff, my neighbor’s grown granddaughter put this together for me in about half an hour. It’s beautiful and exactly what I needed for me small apartment

Good quality for what we spent, but the paint chips of the legs far too easily. Within a week every leg had chips off from the chairs hitting them
