Extremely happy!
I LOVE this chair! I ordered this for myself as I bought all new livingroom furniture. I HIGHLY recommend it if you love to snuggle in comfortability. The cushions and pillows are nice and firm. I do wish there was a side pocket or two though. Also, my charger cord from the chair itself, came smashed. I will probably try to fix it in the future but it’s not too big of a deal right now. The legs were easy to attach and the chair is heavy, but still easy to move on your own. I do suggest 2 people when you move it into your space, but once its in there, you can move it on your own.The delivery and costs were cheaper and faster buying from Amazon vs Ashley furniture. On Ashley’s website, it stated 2-4 weeks for delivery. Through Amazon, it stated about a week and it still arrived 2 days early. It’s my favorite space.

Amazing sofa so glad I got the room delivery!!
Amazing! I paid for the delivery to specific room and the delivery men really went above and beyond. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They worked extra hard to get it up to an unusual space. I am SO glad I got this chair on Amazon. The delivery beats all of the other sites that sell this chair. My new oversized chair is gorgeous in my home office. I highly recommend!

Best Chair EVER
This is the best chair I have ever owned. It is very comfortable. I can sit my whole body on the chair like a chaise lounge. I can curl up and read a book for hours. The first day I had it, I spent like 5 hours relaxing in it reading a book. I am 46 and I have daily neck pain from mild scoliosis. This chair is so comfortable, cozy, and the fabric so so soft! I absolutely LOVE that it swivels. I can turn myself around and face the wall to keep my dogs from sitting with me. My dogs love that there is so much space to sit with me. They love to pile up on the pillows. I added a picture with my 5’6″ 145 pound 12 year old child and our 55 pound mutt for size reference. I was weary about spending this much on a chair. However, it is the BEST furniture purchase I have ever made. It is MY chair and I love it!

Love love love!!
This sectional is so comfortable! I love the super soft plush fabric. The color is more of a cream than a white. Of course my daughter spilled on it the day after we got it and it was very easy to clean. 10/10 recommend!!

Nice but…
I now love this swivel chair but I almost returned it due to a major design flaw in my opinion. The chair is huge and heavy and because it also swivels it needs proper stability – which it didn’t have. When sitting down, the whole thing would rock and felt unstable. If you sat close to the edge, it would tilt forward and the bottom edge would hit the floor. I am not overweight so that wasn’t the issue. I was so disappointed I almost returned it. Instead, my handy husband added rolling swivel casters all along the bottom edge which eliminated the rocking and bottoming out but still allowed it to swivel in place. Also, the seat and three back pillows are much firmer than I expected. All that aside, it makes for a great cozy nest with some extra (softer) pillows for support and a fluffy blanket. I really like the swivel feature, gray color and soft, chunky corduroy texture. I enjoy curling up in it to watch TV and I can easily turn it around to enjoy a different view. Since we had to make a modification to be satisfied with it, I’m giving it three stars and frankly it’s overpriced due to the poor design for stability.

Awesome chair, hard to assemble.
I actually love this chair it is amazing. I would give it 5 stars but it was shipped with a large piece of wood attached on the bottom. I know this was to keep the chair from rotating during shipping, however they placed one of the screws in a place where it was very difficult to get to. It is incredibly inconvenient for something that was suppose to be easy to assemble.. Love the chair though, absolutely love it. It’s soft and cozy and spins smoothly. Worth the money.

BEWARE
Ashley Furniture will not speak to you about how to install the legs on this sofa! They are not responsible for anything because you bought from Amazon and not from their store, even thought they use Amazon to sell their products.They do not have adequate instructions on how to install the legs and no where do they tell you that the legs come unattached.

Je l’ai offerte à ma fille pour sa fête et elle en est complètement fan — peut-être même un peu trop . La chaise est très confortable et toute douce. Seul petit bémol : la structure en bois ne paraît pas particulièrement solide. À voir dans le temps.
