The sofa is nice and fairly comfortable, it was very firm for a few days but where I sit has sank drastically and although Iâm on the heavier side (250) for the price this shouldnât have sunk so quickly. Iâm disappointed that such âqualityâ furniture seems so cheap.Everything else works great and looks great but I fear within a year Iâll have to replace it if it keeps sagging I may fall through it.

Absolutely beautiful
I absolutely love my new couch so comfortable relaxing looks good. Works great. Does everything I can imagine the quality that itâs built is absolutely perfect. I love the color. Itâs not leather, but it wipes off very easy. It is definitely worth the money.. The size is amazing. I love that you can set the middle up and have a couch or leave it down and pull up the lights in the back. Itâs absolutely perfect.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
No dislikes. The sofa is exactly as described. The cushions are very firm, the headrests are adjustable and the storage is fantastic. The center “island” of the sofa of course does not recline but can be used either for sitting or you can drop down the middle back to expose 2 extra cup holders, 2 headlamp lights, 2 USBs, and 2 outlets PLUS storage for magazines, etc. The sofa has 2 more cup holders, 1 each on the right and left recliner PLUS the armrests open to expose very deep and long storage compartments. What more can you ask? I’m 5’10” and my feet do not hang off the recliner. My husband at 6’5″…yes, his feet are off the recliner but that’s with everything he’s ever sat in.Now for the delivery companies involved. Amazon took their good sweet time with transporting the sofa to the delivery companies. The sofa was purchased on February 9th with delivery scheduled for the 11th or 12. Amazon DID NOT turn the sofa over for delivery for FIVE WEEKS. This was not an error on the part of NSD who upon receipt of the sofa turned it over to Blue Marble for delivery in Delaware. Both NSD and Blue Marble were both great to work with and did what was required to deliver the sofa properly, promptly, and in great shape. I can’t begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciated that as we are both in our mid to late 70s. Some people are blaming the delivery services for the wait when they should be blaming Amazon who is the shipper….their trucks, are their problem.AMAZON, on the other hand, I’d like to ring their necks for lying to me. Not ONE customer service rep could find this sofa for 5 weeks. No one knew where it was, what shape it was in, or even what state and what warehouse they had it sitting in. While customer service really made an effort to find it and did compensate some minor “cash back” for the inconvenience, the higher-up mucky mucks who set the original delivery date of the 11th or 12th and kept us waiting 5 weeks should be cleaning toilets at a rest stop somewhere in the desert.Would I buy this sofa again….absolutely. Would I ever buy a large ticket piece of furniture through Amazon again? Absolutely not.As with all furniture, you should take the extra warranty. I extended the manufacturer’s warranty with additional coverage for 3 years, which by the way, Amazon ate 5 weeks of by misplacing the sofa.

Built like a Tank…
This couch is very well-built and upholstered. While the cushions are not particularly soft, they may become more comfortable over time. Be aware that it might be a snug fit for larger individuals.The motors operate smoothly and quietly, though they are on the slower side. Keep in mind, the full-sized couch units are extremely heavy. Youâll need several strong people to move it into its final position. Moving it upstairs is nearly impossible without professional tools and expertise.Lastly, the recliner and headrest functionality was not what I expected based. Iâm hoping to get used to it, but I recommend reading other reviews to see if it meets your expectations.

Nice but painful
I wanted to give it a couple of months before doing a true review just to be fair. I’m 5 ft 2 and the depth/height of the sofa works for me and doesn’t leave my legs poking out forward like a 5 year old. My husband is 6 ft and has had no complaints. The material is very nice. I’ve spilled on it a couple of times, my grandson smeared chocolate on it etc and it just wiped right off like it never happened. The features and recline are nice. A little slow to recline but it’s fine. When you sit on it, it feels very comfortable initially, but it’s a bit deceptive. If you recline a bit and watch a movie or two, there’s some pretty debilitating mid back pain afterwards. We are talking hardly able to sit up or stand kind of pain. It almost creeps up on you after you use it a few days in a row. Want to lay down to relieve that back pain? Nope, not an option because of the lumps and bumps. I’m still giving it four stars because I’m sure not everyone will have the back pain that I do, and the rest of it really is nice.

Amazing couch and very well built.
I love this couch. It came in 1 big box and weighs around 260lbs. The delivery guy brought it right into my living room for me. I opened the box folding the 4 sides down and pulled the wrapping off and put the backs on and plugged it in. It is so comfy.

WORST SHIPMENT EVER
Firstly, I love the couch. It has lots of storage and cupholders unless you want to fit a 3rd person. But let’s be honest, you’re buying this couch for 1-2 people to sit in it. It reclines pretty far back and the adjustable headrest allows you to really get comfortable. I don’t plan on using the lights under the headrest so much but I like that it has 2 outlets and USBs.Now, into the bad. The shipper gave me the biggest headache. When you buy the product, you set up a time for them to deliver inside the house. I had set it for the afternoon. They call me THE DAY BEFORE that they are coming in the morning and I had no say in it. Then, the driver explained to me that the app they have is supposed to automatically call me when they are 30 minutes away. I never got to call, so I didn’t get a chance to leave work 15 minutes away to open the door for them. For almost 4 hours I had no idea what was going on until the driver finally called me. He explained everything and came back after his last delivery and did sit the couch inside. Do NOT expect them to unbox and set it up for you which I had a feeling they wouldn’t. I spent the whole day at work stressed out because of XPO’s messy system. I’m only leaving a 1 star review in hopes the seller will set things straight for future customers.
