Love this couch!
Delivery was right on time and right to our living room.The color is gorgeous in real life, there was a slight smell when we unpacked it but that fainted away within a day. Upholstery material will last a long time and looks really chic.If you’re looking for lounging this might not be the best couch for you but we were looking for a good supportive couch that won’t hurt our backs and this one is firm but comfortable.Took around 30 minutes to screw in all the legs, only downside is we couldn’t push the screws in all the way.

Very pleased.
I needed new couches quickly and took a chance on these. They arrived a day earlier than expected (2 days from when I placed my order) and are exactly as described. Great couch for the money and free delivery!

Nice but not fully assembled
The couch and material is great. The description notes it’s fully assembled but it is not. The legs can be screwed on but each leg comes with a base that must be screwed in to secure the leg with four screws and the screws need to be drilled in because mine did not match up. Please be mindful of this.

Beautiful Couch but sent wrong legs
The couch is great, good quality. I would give this a 5 star rating, but it was sent with the wrong legs and the legs were different heights. I called Amazon and they gave me a credit and then had to call Ashley to get the right legs sent for the couch. In all, it worked out. The men who delivered do get a 5 star rating. They were nice enough to bring it up a few stairs and into my entry way.!

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
The sofa is exactly as pictured and so beautiful in my newly decorated livingroom. The fabric is soft and durable and very easy to clean. The cushions are comfy and firm with the perfect amount of squish for comfort and perfect firmness for support. Excellent for movie nights and well worth the price.

Modern & Affordable, Good Value
Couch as described, just what we were looking for for our space, easy to put together and sturdy, make sure you put in the middle peg leg. Couch is firm but comfortable, material seems like good quality and able to be spot cleaned. Shipping and packaging was good, our delivery guy was super helpful and accommodating.

Sofa seems okay, nothing special, has odor, looks good anyway. It does require some assembly.
The description says that it comes assembled, but it does not. The 4 legs had to be screwed in and I had to show the delivery person where that needed to be done. I found the stabilizer bar and pulled it down for her as she checked the directions on placement of the middle piece. She tore the thin underlining on the left, (see the sag) and said she had never done one of these before. She read the directions while I was doing other things and said she had done it. It came with 4 of the pins, but she could only find a use for 2. It was straight initially and minutes after I sat on it, the middle piece partially collapsed to the side. I contacted Customer Service and was told I would receive an email to set up a time for someone else to intall the piece properly.
