It was ok to build although the typical cheap parts (screws) will strip easily so be very careful. The “wood” top looks nice but it is laminate (fake) so it won’t be as durable as solid wood but I think it will hold up well to backpacks or the odd basket on top. I can’t find any info on weight restrictions it feels solid enough but as a thin adult I don’t think I’d sit on it daily to put my shoes on. For size reference the basket I put on the bottom rack is 5in tall & fits great. The shoes are mens size 11 & 3 fit across. I think if they were bulkier running shoes 3 would still fit.I took a star off for the fact that the hardware is cheap & the screws strip very easily! Otherwise it fits in my space & is what I was looking for.

This is exactly what I was after for shoes n handbags on top. Love the colour. It came 2 days earlier and was a great price as it had 15% off. Fits perfect in the space n makes the area tidier. Very sturdy, very happy.

This shoes bench is very sturdy to sit on. The frame is in steel and is shiny smoothly painted, I can easily wipe away any dirty mark on it. It is easy to be assembled and carried anywhere I need.

Ok, se que las medidas estÃ¡n en la publicaciÃ³n pero lo cierto es que es mÃ¡s corto y mÃ¡s bajo que otros que he comprado, llego rÃ¡pido y bien empacado, la distancia entre los dos niveles es mÃ¡s bien adecuado para zapatos de dama flats o bajos, tenis, si calzas “grande” cabrÃ¡n menos zapatos, botas y botines ni lo sueÃ±es quedan a la mitad, el ensamble es simple y viene todo incluido tornillerÃa y llave Alen la calidad de los materiales es regular dejaron espacios entre soldaduras y en el caso de la pieza que me llegÃ³ uno de los tornillos no entro totalmente y termino “barriendose” , me dio flojera por las fechas el hacer el trÃ¡mite de reembolso, por $800 no estÃ¡ tan mal, menos de ese precio quizÃ¡s sea buena opciÃ³n, mÃ¡s de eso busca definitivamente otra opciÃ³n

Sturdy bench is good value.
This bench and shoe rack combination is just the right size to fit the area by front door in our apartment. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. We like it alot. Good value.

Simple and attractive
This size fits my spot next to the door exactly. Could have been an inch or two taller but good enough. Seems to be very solid and handles my 255 lb body nicely. Good storage for shoes instead of on the floor by my recliner.

Very nice
I wanted something that you could sit on while putting on shoes, this works out perfectly, it was easy to put together and it holds all the shoes by my back door, no more tripping over shoes!! Made very well, looks good, sturdy, what more would you want, and I didn’t have any problems with putting screws in that some others said they had a problem with, all an all, very nice!

Good buy for the price
The bench provides a place to sit to put on your shoes, stores often worn pairs and eliminates that unsightly pile that builds up by the door. I sat gingerly the first time, but it is quite sturdy for an average size woman. The assembly instructions were fine, but be sure to use the CORRECT screws to assemble the seat portion to the frameð
