This ottoman is pretty nice. The fabric is the weird snaggy stuff they started making couches out of, kind of looks like leather but feels nothing like it. It is a charcoal more than black, so turns out looking gray. It works for me.

Like it a lot, but damaged. No way to exchange. Required to return it and is a large return. They do mot offer to pick it up. I won’t buy furniture again on Amazon.

I received this product, and the quality of the product seems pretty good from a construction perspective, but the ‘faux leather’ material does seem very thin, and I can anticipate that tears will be difficult to avoid. I wanted to return the product, but returning it would cost nearly half as much as the product itself, so I’m gonna keep it in the basement and leverage a hardtop wooden table instead in the living room so this won’t tear.

The product is attractive and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the lead was not attached and proper alignment and has gotten worse over the first few weeks. We have contacted the manufacturer and hopefully they will replace it with one that has the lid and alignment.
